Unknown to Alice, Monica now lives in Italy as Serena with her adoptive father Roberto and his wife Luciana. Meanwhile, a young orphan named Simon rekindles his hope of having his own family when a couple comes to Buklod Kalinga one day.

Simon becomes friends with Serena after sending her a letter of gratitude for the package she sent to the orphans of Buklod Kalinga. However, Serena’s happiness quickly turns into despair when an incident force Melds to leave for good.

Unbeknownst to Taps, Luciana is the one who financed the operation to pay Binggoy for kidnapping Serena.

After learning that his song was accepted, Tenten goes to the office of Star Records, where he meets Angel.
