Episode 1

WANG was out with YIN to talk about the old days. LING returned to Hong Kong and gave WANG a statue. The maid of the house HEUNG had an illusion and was taken to the hospital for therapy. PING and LEI gave HEUNG a TV interview. YIN was on the TV show to try to explain the illusion scientifically. The debate between LEI and YIN had gone so intense that they were arguing with each other on the show. YIN was trying to mediate with FAN in a gay bar, but was seen by PING and LEI who misunderstood that Yin was gay. LEE bought a necklace from HUNG. DIP said that the statue had something to do with a murder case. JANE also had an illusion at home and fallen from her flat and died. LEI gave CHI an interview. But during the TV interview, CHI seemed to be overcome by evil spirit and had a stroke and died. LEI had some information regarding the statue from his father and found that it was cursed……

Episode 2

As a result of the illusion, YIN had a car accident, but fortunately he was not hurt. LEI passed the driving test and bought a classic car from a con man. FUNG then gave her some advise. JANE went back to Los Angeles and gave YIN the statue. HUNG went to steal the statue and caught. He admitted that he and NAM were tribal priests. They were planning to take back the protecting spirit of the tribe 'Karl'. HUNG sneaked away. YIN got help from a friend to analyse the statue, and found that there were many tiny pipes inside. While YIN saw LEI back home, he met KAU, who was down and out. YIN told LEI that years ago KAU gave YIN's mother a psychic therapy. But soon after his mother died. Therefore YIN felt extremely strongly about superstition. NAM saw the cross sectional drawing of the statue and felt that it was a record. After analysing the picture, Fan concluded that it would emit an extreme tone……

Episode 3

LEI had an illusion and ran for a container truck. VIN ran and saved her. The truck turned away but hit LING instead and she was killed. A child took the statue away and brought it to an ancient tomb. VIN suspected that the statue will bring up subconscious fear. HO was drunk and LEI misunderstood VIN had a bad intention to her, making everyone embarrassed. A new colleague VAN reported to her new position. LEI gave her every assistance that she needed. LEI went out to buy late supper but was met with two gangsters. KIT appeared and tried to save LEI but he was beaten up and lost conscious. FUNG was drunk. LEI took him home but lost her classic watch. FUNG appealed to VIN for his help to give him one from VIN's classical collection. FUNG began to date LE!. VIN, LEI, and FUNG went to visit KIT. Afterwards, VIN saw LEI back home. LEUNG was jealous and left VAN by herself. WING and SHING wanted revenge and raped VAN.

Episode 4

VAN was hurt both physically and mentally. LEI persuaded VAN to report the incident to the police. While LEI took VAN back home for her to stay at her place temporarily, she found out that LEI had a habit of sleep walking. WING and SHING were murdered. LEUNG became the prime suspect. LEUNG had an alibi saying that he was with her girl friend. LEUNG asked VAN for the necklace and demand to be separated. VAN was very upset. KIT showed up in LEUNG's place and strangled him to dead. WINNE was so frightened and became crazy. VIN found out that there was some powder on KIT's bed. After some investigation, he discovered that it was violet pollen, same as that found in LEUNG's home. VICTOR was very certain that KIT was unable to get up from his bed. VIN could not understand why he was so sure. NAM looked up VAN's flat. VAN was puzzled to find out that the necklace was still there. JING bought VIN a pen, but he gave it away to VAN instead……

Episode 5

YIN tried to stop YAN. YIN employed a hypnotist to discover that she was not the murderer. LEI saw YAN and found out that she was very emotional. LEI then spoke to YIN. Only then he discovered that he had made a mistake. After that, he quickly explained to YAN what had happened. YAN was very upset. YAN saw KIT sleeping in the bed room, but when she got up, KIT was missing. In the parking lot, she saw KIT was strangling YIN. She shouted for help and lost conscious. When she regained her consciousness, she found herself in KIT's room in the hospital. KIT died subsequently. LEI hurried to give YIN first aid. He insisted that he was stabbed, but he did not believe that it was KIT who did it. H ELEN had finished with her boy friend and subsequently started a new affair with FUNG. LEI was kept in the dark. VICTOR had a car accident and hospitalised. YIN picked up VICTOR from the hospital……

Episode 7

VICTOR had a long chat with BO about the past. BO went to the park to see FONG and was very emotional. BO committed a crime and hurt his arm. VICTOR saw BO being killed. LEI dropped her classic watch, but NAM sent it back to her. NAM explained to her that it was from YIN's dearest collection. YIN saw LEI home but was mistaken by KIN that they were dating. VICTOR and FONG visited BO's grave. VICTOR seemed to be overcome by the evil spirit. He went to a night club to kill KWAI, and also went to a motel to give FUNG the revenge. FUNG took a chance and fled. FUNG was caught and remanded in the custody ward. LEI predicted that VICTOR would go to the hospital to kill FUNG. However when she and YIN arrived in the hospital, FUNG was already dead. VICTOR held LEI hostage to the surprise of YIN.

Episode 8

YIN tried to persuade the evil spirit of BO, who resided on VICTOR's body. VICTOR had gone completely wild. LEI took the chance to fight back and caught VICTOR with the others. The doctor said that VICTOR was mentally ill. On KIN's birthday, DIP showed up. She and GUEN tried to tease each other. KIN was very angry and left with YIN and talked. YIN saw an advertisement. SEE searched for WAI who were both killed in a car accident twenty years ago. YIN put another advertisement out and tried to make arrange a meeting with SEE. YEE went to Hong Kong Park, but YIN and LEI was in the Queen's Restaurant. They drove away but YEE suddenly ran out, she was hit and lost her consciousness. NAM tried to date MAN, but JING was telling things to MAN very uncomplimentary towards NAM. MAN believe in JING and stayed away from NAM. NAM was very angry with JING.

Episode 9

YEE told YIN that she was the revelation of SEE. YIN felt that it was ludicrous. JING went to Queen's Restaurant and had mistaken YEE for SEE. JING invited YEE to stay at his place. JOE came to Hong Kong and tried to take YEE back, and YEE refused. LEI took YEE home, but YEE felt that HO was WAI. HO did not understand and had upset YEE. HO did not want YEE to be upset and talked to her gently. JING saw that they were so close together, and became a little emotional. FUNG had finished his affair again. LEI was very sympathetic and caring to him. FUNG gave LEI flowers, but she thought that they were came from YIN and was disappointed. HO and YEE were out visiting the places and met with FEI. He had an argument with JOE. HO drove YEE away. But the car had lost control and resulted in a crash.

Episode 10

When HO regained conscious, he thought that he was WAI, saying that he missed YEE so much all these years. HO left the medicine in CHEUNG's place. LEI went to his place for the medicine and felt that CHEUNG was very ambiguous towards YEE. HO fainted. LEI suspected CHEUNG had something to do with it. NAM caught JOE, and found out that CHEUNG was the murderer who tried to shift the crime to JOE's name. NAM searched CHEUNG's flat and his garage. He discovered that CHEUNG had the car in which SEE and WAI had died in twenty years ago. CHEUNG also had the analytical diagram of YIN's car. NAM knew that CHEUNG had an evil intention to HO and YEE. However, LEI had took YIN's car and found that there was something that she needed in the car. LEI was very grateful and felt that YIN was very caring to her. The car was crashed. YIN rushed to save her and both were unhurt. CHEUNG took YEE away but was caught in another car crash……

Episode 11

NAM's elder schoolmates were getting married, and he would be the best man. In the bridal salon, NAM met JING, who was insulted. On the wedding day, DENNIS received a mysterious wooden box. He died later of severe bleeding. His autopsy reported that his brain cells were seriously contaminated. LING was very upset. LING's uncle MING suspected that he was cursed. He died suddenly later. His body was degrading rapidly. NAM was investigating and found that LING had disappeared. In her room some scattered dry flowers were found. FRANKCE found out that it was use for voodoo black magic. NAM comforted MAN who was lost in love. FUNG invited LEI to work for his company, but she refused. NAM went to a gay bar to investigate for a crime of which the blood of a woman was sucked dry. NAM saw LING left with a girl. LING was sucking the girl's blood in a back alley. NAM stopped LING, who said that blood sucking would relieve her pain……

Episode 12

MAN invited NAM out and cooked her congee. After eating, NAM threw up with some worms. LEI took NAM to see DIP, who knew that NAM was cursed with black magic. GAR refused to believe but found that there were some mushrooms in the kitchen. After some tests, the test results confirmed that MAN was a prime suspect. A anonymous tax demanded NAM to release LING. NAM was confused, and decided to wait for the mysterious person to show up, who turned out to be MAN. It was found out that MAN and LING were lovers. MAN knifed because she wanted to have LING back. As the twelve hours arrived, LING died in her own scream. MAN escaped. RAY examined NAM and found that the worms within NAM's body could not be cured for the time being. GAR received a fax from a bacterial expert JACK, who claimed that he had a leave to cure the worms. GAR was so pleased and begin with the experiments. FRANKCE told GAR that JACK passed away two weeks ago……

Episode 13

MAN was killed in the fire. GAR escaped without much harm! FRANKCE found out that MAN was one of JACK's pupils and was once mentally ill. YIN saw two worms fighting with each other and thought of a way to save NAM. NAM disappeared but was later found by JING. JING tired everything to forced NAM to return for therapy. NAM was saved and began to love JING. Their relationship was encouraged by VIN. NAM's ex-girl friend ROSA and another girl were killed by someone who literally took their hearts from their chests. ROSA's boyfriend and the girl's mother both belong to a heretical religion called 'The Devine Disciples. NAM went to their gathering and saw the followers were very mad. CHI, the son of BILL, who was one of KIN's best friends refused to go home after joining this religion. YIN and LEI took a film crew to their gathering and stopped by the master of the religion. He told CHI to go home……

Episode 14

NAM searched the religion gathering and found a heart, which later identified as a pig heart. FUNG was sacked and HELEN was also leaving him. FUNG was devastated. KAREN seduced FUNG in a disco and took FUNG to the gathering. FUNG agreed to donate his sole to have his wishes come true. FUNG was reinstated as well as receiving a pay rise, but HELEN was involved in a car accident. She was severely injured in the crash and lost consciousness. FUNG was shocked. FUNG went to a bar to have a one night stand with FONG. In the morning after, FONG was found to be dead with her heart taken out. LEI and YIN were very uncomfortable to found that FUNG was seeing KAREN. They took FUNG to see Reverend TUNG. FUNG was very uncomfortable when seeing TUNG. FUNG left furiously. NAM was investigating FONG's death. He found out from the bartender that FUNG left with FONG. FUNG refused to admit.

Episode 15

FUNG went to a motel with JAYCE for sex. When he waked up, he found that JAYCE heart was taken out. FUNG was shocked. NAM was at the crime scene and found FUNG's wallet. FUNG did not dare to go home. In the bar, he saw KAREN putting some medicine into a man's glass. FUNG followed KAREN. He saw that the master of the religion and KAREN took the heart out of a girl who had just had sex with the man in the car. FUNG called YIN to meet him in the religion gathering premises. When FUNG and YlN arrived, the followers were in the middle of a gathering. The followers appeared to be very dizzy and went down to a concealed room. YIN stopped FUNG. LEI drank the holy water and poisoned. NAM led the team of police arriving and saved everyone. YIN's ex-girlfriend VICKY returned to Hong Kong and found that he already had a new lover. She was very disappointed. Despite that she still loved YIN, VICKY pretended that she did not care.

VICKY was getting paler by the day. She was so severely wounded but could not feel any pain. She was very afraid. NAM offered to CHUNG close protection. While CHUNG was having sex with UL V, VICKY took the opportunity to kW CHUNG, CHUNG escaped to the roof top. NAM closed in but was knocked unconscious by a mystery man. As a result, CHUNG was pushed over to his death by VICKY. NAM had a blood clot in his brain and remained unconscious. LEI was worried about VICKY. VICKY took the opportunity to show his affection to YIN J but was refused. VICKY had the evil intention to take YIN away. VICKY worked until late night. YUNG showed up and tried to kill VICKY. HOI protected VICKY with his own life. VICKY escaped. YUNQ told the untold story that VICKY murdered SHING. The police found a decompressed body, on which there was a photo of VIN. NAM regained his consciousness and pointed out that VICKY killed TING, JOE and CHUNG.

An assassin was chasing to kill YIN and VICKY. VICKY was stabbed a number of time but could not feel anything. He also reported the incident to the police. LEI knew about the strange things happening to VICKY and was very sympathetic towards her. In order to fulfil VICKY's dream, YIN took wedding picture with her. But when the photographs were developed, VICKY disappeared. JING agreed to marry NAM. YIN still did not show any intention. LEI was lost. LEI was contemplating to work in Singapore with PING. YIN finally ask LEI to marry him. LEI was very pleased. DIP calculated the wedding day for them, but also calculated that YIN was going to have a accident. WING's boat was sunk and later arrived in Hong Kong. But he was hit by a car. Everyone saw that WING was so young and found it hard to believe. YIN returned to his old house and met WING. He could still unable to accept WING……

Episode 19

KWAI was mentally ill. He waited for YIN outside the TV station almost everyday. KWAI knew that YIN and LEI were going to get married and was extremely jealous. A time traveller appeared and wanted to take WING away. WING saw in the future that YIN would be stabbed, but YIN refused to believe. WING rushed to the hotel and saw that KWAI was going to kill YIN. WING stopped him in time but he was stabbed. WING was hospitalised and YIN regretted it very much. He at last admitted that WING was his father. Afterwards, WING started to age rapidly and left with the time traveller. When LEI and YIN arrived in the hospital, WING had already left. He left a not saying about time travelling. YIN had no choice but only believe in this explanation. The day before their wedding day, YIN went to a karaoke bar with her friends. KWAU showed up and shocked everyone.

Episode 20

LEI was kidnapped by KWAI. NAM was searching for LEI but ran into a dead end. YIN found LEI by locating her ring. KWAI stabbed YIN but was stopped by LEI. LEI was seriously hurt. Because of that KWAI committed suicide. YIN carried LEI away, but she died on the way. YIN was very sad. On Valentine's day,. he sat pointlessly on the sea front. The time traveller appeared. YIN asked for his help and wished to rewrite the history. YIN went back in time to the night before LEI was kidnapped. YIN rushed to save LEI but was hit by a car. He only regained conscious the next morning. YIN hurried to stopped KWAI and took his knife away, but KWAI had another one. LEI was still hurt. YIN was very upset. Fortunately however, NAM sent for a helicopter and took LEI to the hospital. Finally YIN and LEI could be married.
