CHAN LI HANG inspects the construction site. He meets the site supervisor, CHOW KA TSUN. They join force to put off the fire at the site and leave a deep impression on each other. HANG knocks a pedestrian down, the police charges him. He is in a very bad mood. With HO's instigation, HANG is dismissed. TSUN handles MING's funeral and fights for a reasonable compensation for MING. He thus ignores the police warning. KIT fought at school. TSUN even scolds KIT's teacher. MAN is very dissatisfied with TSUN. The father and daughter relationship further deteriorates. TSUN regrets as he found that LEE is seriously injured.
