CHAN LI HANG inspects the construction site. He meets the site supervisor, CHOW KA TSUN. They join force to put off the fire at the site and leave a deep impression on each other. HANG knocks a pedestrian down, the police charges him. He is in a very bad mood. With HO's instigation, HANG is dismissed. TSUN understands that he is not a good father. He nearly makes KIT die. He decides to give up the right of fostering KIT and MAN. He promises to pass the right to KEE. They know that TSUN is helping HANG. They then set SHING up and make him being arrested so as to obstruct their investigation. TSUN and his friends are released.
