Tai Ming hands in his resignation during a boat trip. Tung Shing purposely refuses to give his helping hand when Tai Ming is exhausted during his swim and is thus drowned to death. But when the owner of the stall Mr. Lee hears that Ka Lam is the daughter of Tai Ming, he refuses to deal with her.
