She apologizes to FAI. CHEUNG believes that KIT is related to KUEN's disappearance. He goes to question KIT. He finds KIT's criminal evidence. He tries to seize the disk. KIT beats CHEUNG. CHEUNG is fainted.

KIT has fallen down to death when he is trying to escape away. FAI is extremely upset to see that his two beloved girls' lives are at stake. FUNG knows that she will soon die.
