Thirty years ago, a widow gave her twins to two sworn sisters. The elder one followed his. adopted mother who had married a man in an remote island in the South East Asia. He listens to LEE LUNG Master's advice and sends his servant, CHARLES, to investigate his brother's trace. YAN stays in the island to wait for good news. . LAI has eventually got pregnant. SHU iS very happy. However, LAI does not know the truth and practises aerobic dance. She falls down carelessly and miscarries the baby. SHU's dream has then been shattered. LAI receives the news of her promotion while she is in the hospital. SHU is affected by the rumour and believes that LAI had deliberately taken abortion for the sake of promotion. SHU leaves home angrily. CHARLES takes this opportunity to disclose his identity and persuades him to vi si t his brother. SHU then boards the plane and goes to the South East Asia to meet his brother. YAN and SHU meet each other. They are so amazed that their appearances are the same. However, the life style, hobbies and character are very different. It adds a lot of fun for them. They admire each other's life style after some chat. They even want to exchange their identities for two weeks. YAN then will go to Hong Kong and SHU will stay in the island.

LAI worries a lot for SHU who has disappeared for several days. She regrets that she was too strict to him in the past. However, she treats him the same when he has returned home. When YAN has heard the news in Hong Kong, he is shocked. He has also known that someone wants to kill him. SHU is the scapegoat. YAN is very sad but he cannot tell anyone his grievance. The international cop, Peter Lau, is assigned' to investigate SHU is case and is being sent to Hong Kong. He goes to find YAN and knows that YAN and SHU have exchanged their identities. He advises YAN to stay in Hong Kong and disguises as SHU in order to be saved. The cop will then investigate the case. According to VAN's will, his younger brother will succeed a large part of his property with the condition that he has to take care SEE and his family. LAI is very excited when she heard the news. LAI sees that her change could not win back YAN. She and BO thus devise to match SEE with the new shoe-shop owner LEE TANG TIN. YAN knows that TIN is keen on courting SEE. YAN feels very distasteful. Unexpectedly, TIN expresses that he aims on WAH instead. WAH refuses TIN. TIN increases the rent tremendously in revenge. In order to restore the general situation, WAH sacrifices himself and flatters TIN and requests TIN not to increase the rent. However, TIN has already got acquainted with another guy. BO and LOK are being attacked in an action. LOK risks to save BO. They eventually reconcile. WAH is angry with LOK who has competed with him for BO. WAH even warns LOK with an anonymous letter and challenges him. When LOK has known the case, he accepts the challenge. LAI tries her best to match SEE with CHEONG so as to make YAN give up SEE. FA's father then died in misery and grief. FA then takes revenge. She arranges SEE to marry YAN and hopes that she could get back YAN' s property. Later, she waits upon a chance to kill YAN but is in vain. She has killed SHU instead. She is very disappointed and she again waits upon another chance to kill YAN.
