Steering the red and blue teams in the right direction are experts Philip Serrell and Henry Meadows, while Tim pays a visit to the iconic and bracing location that is St Michael's Mount.

Tim also visits Traquair House near Peebles, said to be the oldest inhabited house in Scotland.
