A battle of the nations takes place on this special Australian edition of Bargain Hunt. An Australian red team take on a British blue team at the Sydney Antiques Centre. Paul Laidlaw flies the flag for Oz with the reds and David Barby waves the banner for GB with the blues. Tim Wonnacott heads to the harbour and climbs one of the iconic symbols of Sydney, its harbour bridge.

Tim also visits The Briars, a family homestead in the Australian countryside, named after the house Napoleon first stayed at when exiled to St Helena.

Both teams end up fighting over a 1960s bar, but is it an item that will sell in Malvern? Auctioneer Philip Serrell describes it as coming from the Peckham period. Tim takes an excursion to visit Castle Howard in North Yorkshire.
