DEA Agent Robert Dil is assigned to lead the case against the infamous Diaz Cartel. Both the DEA and the Diaz Cartel deal with the drastic effects of new leadership. Bob Dil proves inadequate as he and his new team of agents strategize ways to infiltrate the cartel. Jerry implements his plans to take the cartel in a more professional, corporate direction. His second in command, Diego discovers there's a rat in their midst.
