Upon arrival, she realizes the call was fake and she is in a gang's den. Under pressure from Maksym Hrynchuk, a dangerous gangster, Anastasiya operates on a man with a gun-shot wound.

She tries to escape and inform the police of what happened at the pharmaceutical plant warehouse, but Maksym stops her.
