Struggle for identity

Early 90s: Hip hop is political and the message is spread in German. In Frankfurt, the Rödelheim Hartreim project, among others, makes headlines. But with the Fantastischen Vier, four German guys from outside the scene emerge and celebrate enormous success. Against the current

In 2000, a new era in hip hop begins with Azad. It's about poverty, integration, sex, drugs and violence. In Berlin, Aggro Berlin made headlines.
