Meanwhile, Julia and Colin are struggling with their first challenge.

Joel wants to assemble the perfect team for the future competition, but none can live up to his standard - except for Mikka and Casper, who brush Joel off. They prefer to work in pairs. Joyce doesn't see that she did anything wrong with her performance and realizes too late that she hurt Io badly.
