When Spider-Man arrived he luckily rescued MJ but he refused to give up the symbiote and started joking around. Darth Maul got angry and the fight began.

Upon arrival, he discovers that Spider-Man 2099 is searching for an unnamed object. The two quickly embroiled in a battle royal on top of and over some of Gotham City's tallest skyscrapers.

In order to fulfill his contract murder, the mercenary Deathstroke lures Deadpool into the open by kidnapping Santa Claus.
