Tension rises among investigators as information of a large-scale drug trade comes in. Veteran detective Tokita and his rookie partner Shiina sit in front of a warehouse in car number 13. Shiina begins to tease the carefree Tokita. In the dispatch room, Misato begins to size up newcomer Arira.
