Feasting on the energy of humans, a mass of mutant plants turn the city's hospital into a madhouse. Yuna and the G-Fighters subdue the plant monsters. Yuna's father, who had hitherto considered her telekinetic abilities to be a disease, is forced to backtrack a little on his opinion once he sees what she is capable of.

Bolt Cat betrays Lynn and returns to his original master, Gala-Gahs, but won't carry out the order of Gala-Gahs to eliminate his old friend Lynn. Metropolis descends into darkness.
