Johnny wants to fight but Phil tries to run him over and crashes the car. Johnny leaves the brothers to argue between themselves. Grant calls for a cab, while Phil taunts him about his life in Brazil. Grant admits that he was unhappy in Rio. Jake arrives at the house to find Danny in bed with Ruby. Phil loses his temper and drives the car at Grant, but misses him and crashes into a pile of skips. Johnny and Danny arrive to take them home.

As he and Courtney drive off to the airport, Jane comes rushing out the café, upset that he didn't even say goodbye. At the airport, he phones her and they share an emotional goodbye.
