It's a time to celebrate in Lee and Sticky's flat because Lee's plant has germinated. Their joy is cut short when paranoia sets in after they are told there is a suspicious looking vehicle outside their flat.

At the moment there is a drought of drugs everywhere and Sticky and Lee are desperate and to top it all off the TV is broke.
