Scott reports new 'Ambo' Mac for breaking protocol and earns the displeasure of his colleagues after Mac heroically saves a worker with severe burns.

Conflict returns between Frank and Vincent over a pregnant Down's Syndrome girl. Frank's personal life influences Von to make a life altering decision and put her family first.
