Officially Enemies

After finding out that Srikanda's mother-in-law, Madame Nuan, played a part in her sister's death, Pawinee declares herself enemies with Madame Nuan. Noppanai, Pawinee's brother-in-law, doesn't realize his mother's wickedness and failed to protect Srikanda. Pawinee decides to marry Noppanai for revenge, presenting herself as Madame Nuan's new daughter-in-law. Madame Nuan almost doesn't believe her own ears, but there's nothing she can do besides proving to Pawinee that it's not easy to survive as her daughter-in-law.

Influencial Mother-in-Law

Singkorn insists on matchmaking his daughter, Lalita, with Noppanai. Pawinee's marriage certificate is in the way, so it is up to Madame Nuan and Nadedao to make their new unwanted in-law's life as difficult as possible. If she is unable to endure the torments, then she can file for divorce for all they care. Pawinee is able to retaliate using her "an eye for an eye" tactics, leaving her adversaries flabbergasted many times. However, she later realizes that the war against her devil of a mother-in-law at home is in no way comparable to the latter's influence in society, which is capable of causing her to fail a job interview in the blink of an eye.

Noppanai quits his job to restore peace between his mother and wife as they are always ready to jump at each other's throats, especially with Nadedao's provocation. When Madame Nuan hears about Noppanai leaving his job, she uses her connections to land him a new job even though he makes it clear that he doesn't need her help. Pawinee sees it as a chance to reveal Madame Nuan's true nature. Pawinee later competes against Noppanai to steal his new job at Singkorn's company, driving Madame Nuan extremely anxious.

Resenting Pawinee for trying to expose her, Madame Nuan sends someone to burn down Panit's house. Pawinee invites her father to live with her as a way to get back at Madame Nuan. Noppanai warns Pawinee to watch out for his mother and tries to convince both Madame Nuan and Pawinee to live in harmony, even though deep down he knows it's easier said than done.

Noppanai overhears Pawinee apparently confessing to Panit about her feelings for him and her attempt to get over them. Her words bother Noppanai and he decides to keep his distance as a way to help her forget about him. However, she did not mean what she said as she is under stress about her secret from the past and Panit's heart condition. Thomtawee notices her troubles and tries to comfort her. Due to their closeness, Nadedao and Lalita mistake them for lovers. As soon as Madame Nuan finds out about this, she sets off on a warpath against Pawinee.

To discover Pawinee's secrets, Madame Nuan agrees to work with Thomtawee's advertising company and requests for Pawinee to be her observer. Pawinee agrees to the deal only to challenge Nai despite being aware of Madame Nuan's trickiness. Madame Nuan goes the distance to dig into Pawinee's deep dark past, even though she knows that Panit, Pawinee's protective father, is going to do everything to stop her.

To prove their love for each other, Madame Nuan gives them an ultimate test. Knowing that Madame Nuan is still trying to dig into her past, Pawinee reaches out to Singkorn to discover Madame Nuan's secret. She prepares to expose Madame Nuan at the Strong Woman Award ceremony.

Taking Sides

Noppanai tells Pinit that he is going to win Pawinee's heart. That makes Pinit upset and worried that his two daughters might share a husband for real. He then pushes Thomtawee to make a move on Pawinee. However, Thomtawee happens to get closer to Lalita to the point that she has a crush on him. Meanwhile, Madame Nuan offers Pawinee money in return for breaking up with Noppanai. Pawinee refuses that and says she will convince everyone to leave Madame Nuan very soon.

Love Has Deadline

Nadedao comes home to tell Madame Nuan about Pawinee and Noppanai's fake marriage but, instead, she is mistakenly scolded by Madame Nuan for spending a night with Trai. Madame Nuan refuses to listen to her daughter. As a result, Madame Nuan's heartless act leaves Nadedao heartbroken and causes Nadedao to think about what Pawinee told her. Panit goes the distance to separate Pawinee and Nai and set Pawinee up with Thomtawee. Noppanai asks Panit to give him two days to win Pawinee's heart. Pinit is confident that there's no way Noppanai can make Pawinee fall in love with him in only two days.

When the time is almost up, Noppanai has to choose between Madame Nuan and Pawinee. To stop her son from going to Pawinee in time, Madame Nuan pretends to get hurt and needs to be hospitalized. As for Pinit, he gets in Noppanai's way to make the couple get a divorce, with help from Thomtawee.

Madame Nuan's frustrated with both of her children and decides it's time to teach them a lesson. Nadedao and Trai's relationship faces an obstacle when a woman tries to come between them. Everything seems to be going well for Madame Nuan as she finally discovers Pawinee's secret which she uses to threaten Panit and blackmail Pawinee into divorcing Noppanai. The excessive stress causes Panit a sudden cardiac episode.

Pawinee is furious to know Madame Nuan was the reason behind Panit's cardiac arrest. She decides to teach her a harsh lesson, although Madame Nuan returns the favor by having Pawinee arrested and imprisoned. Pawinee is unable to contact Noppanai, so Thomtawee and Lalita lend her a hand.
