The year is 1942, the war is in full swing. Two first-class Soviet snipers, two brothers - Alexey Broshin and Yegor Broshin - return from a combat mission and are ambushed by the Germans. The best Nazi sniper, Wengler, is hunting for them. Wengler kills Yegor and seriously wounds Alexey, so that Alexey barely manages to escape. Soon Alexey is allowed to return to the front and he receives a task from higher management, but Alexey needs a second sniper, and the beautiful Klemnikova turns out to be the only combat unit at that time.
