Gran Canaria

The singer continues on her island-hopping odyssey, sailing across the Atlantic to Gran Canaria. After her ferry trip, Jane drops her bags at her all-inclusive hotel, and explores the Maspalomas sand dunes. Next, she sets off to soak up the pretty village of Firgas in the quieter north of the island. After arriving in Lanzarote at her hotel in the popular resort of Costa Teguise, Jane immediately heads out to visit the Jameos del Agua caves, the underground volcanic tunnels that artist and architect Cesar Manrique turned into a form of art installation. She visits the caves with island regulars Richard and Jo, and they look at the underwater lagoon, outside pool and ampitheatre.
