Foreign Waters
Dengler is commissioned by Dr. Larson, who advises waterworks companies around the world, to find EU Commissioner Kolidis, who has disappeared since his sailboat exploded off the coast of Athens. Dr. Larson believes that it could have been an assassination attempt.
