Nick, Paula and the children are still stranded on the rocks at Whitby as the temperature drops. Suddenly, Nick spots the lights of a helicopter and realises that they are going to be rescued by the coastguard. Alan presents the Dingles with their drinks bill at closing time.

Jack tries to apologise to Sarah for accusing her of having an affair. She doesn't want to listen to him. Luke is rushing round at school and bumps straight into Tina who touches his face suggestively and walks off. Chris moves back into Mill Cottage. Robert looks very lonely and sad at school.

Robert helps Derek repair a wall. He tells him that his parents won't be missing him because they've got Victoria. Terry is fed up of Britt ordering him around and decides to speak to Alan.
