One morning, a little girl, Mine, is left at the door of Münevver Hanım's mansion by her older sister Yasemin without any explanation. Münevver Hanım, who has been longingly waiting for her children whom she has not seen for years, is confused about what to do in the face of this uninvited guest. Her assistant Halil and his family try to find out who the child is. However, the answer is very close at hand. Mine's older sister Yasemin started working at the same hospital as Halil's doctor son Burak. Burak fell in love with Yasemin the moment he saw her, without knowing who she was.

Münevver Hanım wants to have a DNA test done to see if she is Mine's grandmother. Burak takes the hair samples to his friend at the hospital laboratory. Münevver Hanım treats the little girl, who she does not yet know, very harshly because she thinks that a gang of thieves left her there. People in the neighborhood talk about the little girl who came to Münevver Hanım's mansion and wonder who she is. In the face of Burak's love for Yasemin, his mother Ayfer wants Burak and Doctor Meltem to be together. Yasemin is sad that she left her sister to Münevver Hanım, she misses Mine very much. She visits her mother Pakize, who is sick in the hospital and has hidden it from everyone.

Every day spent away from her children becomes more difficult for Münevver Hanım. What if Mine is really her granddaughter, or if Pakize is really sick? She tells Halil to find her daughter Pakize as soon as possible. Some of Mine's actions and words remind Münevver Hanım of Pakize. Burak realizes that he is not the only person in the hospital who likes Yasemin, and that Kerem is not indifferent to Yasemin either. A mysterious man comes to the hospital and asks about Yasemin. Although his surname is different, Yasemin is scared when she sees this man and Şengül is suspicious of this situation. While Yasemin is visiting her sick mother, who she has hidden from everyone, someone sees her.

When Kerem sees Yasemin crying next to her sick mother, he thinks she is a good-hearted and emotional person. Kerem and Yasemin's closeness disturbs Burak. Şengül warns Burak to stay away from Yasemin. Mine breaks the snow globe that Pakize gave to Münevver when she was a child. She wants to repair the snow globe to make amends. The samples taken for the DNA test are wrong, Burak must take the correct sample again. When Yasemin comes to the mansion to see Mine, she encounters a bad scene.

When Yasemin sees that her sister Mine is not treated well in the mansion, she becomes furious and can't say anything at that moment, she calls and warns Münevver as soon as possible. Münevver learns from Ayfer that someone is watching the mansion in the morning. Halil has information about Pakize and her family's whereabouts. They try to get full information from Mine, but Mine's information is not enough. Burak is impressed by Yasemin's communication with the children and thinks she has a sibling. Mine hears words she shouldn't hear from the door and sneaks out of the mansion.

Münevver Hanım is confronted with the fact that Mine is her granddaughter, but refuses to tell Mine. She asks Halil to find Pakize immediately. Halil and the retired police officer he hired, Remzi, go to Bolu. Yasemin is distracted because of the threatening phone call she received. Şengül is suspicious of Yasemin's situation. Pınar and Burak convince Mine to return to the mansion. A neighbor from Bolu calls Yasemin and tells her that a man is investigating them. When Halil returns from Bolu, he gives Münevver some very important information.

Halil tells her that Pakize moved to Bolu three years ago, that she is poor and that her husband died. Halil wants to learn her sister's name from Mine. However, Yasemin told Mine to say her name was "Suna" when she dropped her off at the mansion. Mine does not tell anyone what her sister does. She only trusts Burak and tells him that her sister's name is "Yasemin" and that she is a nurse. Burak thinks that Yasemin in the hospital might be her. When he goes to the hospital, he looks at the shift schedule in a hurry.

When Burak looks at the shift schedule, he sees that Yasemin's last name is not "Kardan" but "Terzi" and thinks that Mine is not his sister. Kerem's feelings for Yasemin have intensified and he begins to see Burak as a threat. Halil warns Ayfer not to tell anyone what happened, but she has already told Leman. Ayfer tries to hide the fact that the neighborhood knows what happened. Burak tells Halil that Mine's sister's name is "Yasemin". A drug addict who comes to the hospital during a shift causes trouble for Yasemin.

While Burak is covering Yasemin, who fell asleep during her shift, Yasemin wakes up. Halil asks Burak to find out if there is a patient named Pakize Kardan in the hospital. Burak looks but sees that there is only a young girl with that name on record. When the shift is over, Burak wants to take Yasemin home. Someone from the hospital sees them in the car and everyone in the hospital learns that Yasemin got into Burak's car. While Münevver decides to tell Mine that she is her granddaughter, she hears the story of "The Witch in the Mansion" that Mine told Suzan and changes her mind. Ayfer accidentally lets slip to Mine that she is the granddaughter of the house. What will Münevver do after Ayfer's action?

Learning that Münevver is her grandmother, Mine gets angry at Münevver and Yasemin for lying to her. Münevver thinks about what to say if she asks why they haven't talked to Mine's mother. At the hospital, everyone talks about how Kerem saved the situation in the theft case that happened the day before and how Yasemin got into Burak's car. Yasemin and Burak make a plan to meet outside the hospital. Yasemin finally can't stand it anymore and goes to the neighborhood to see Mine.
