Despite knowing that using Dark Kiva again will mean his demise, Otoya transforms and the two Kivas stand side by side and finally destroy the King. Otoya begins to die but puts on a brave facade as his son fades away, returning to the future he came from. Back in the future, Wataru exudes new confidence while Nago fights Bishop but is severely injured in the process…

But in defeat, he succeeds in reviving the King, forcing the brothers to team up and fight the Bat Fangire just as Wataru and Otoya did 22 years earlier. The fate of humanity and the Fangires is about to be decided!
