Frazer has a day out and spends it making sure he and Rosie can be close again, despite his physical problem below the belt. She has to interrupt frolicking in the pool to tell client Paul that his signing over to Elle and Oliver can't be contested, he's cleaned out to the last cent. After trying to reason with Elle or threatening her with the explosion, Paul has his worst seizure, yet Elle has the police drag him out in handcuffs.
