The Baby Dinosaur

An introductory episode explaining how ChaCha comes back as Randy's toy car after passing away in a car accident trying to save Randy. This episode gives a quick introduction to the main characters of the show.

Clouds are mysterious

After looking at all the clouds in the sky that look like animals, Randy gets the urge to fly, just as every child does. He wants to go visit the "Zoo of the Clouds" Randy and ChaCha think of many ways, but they fail at every attempt. ChaCha decides to call all the birds to help them fly, and off they go into the sky.

The ghost apartment

Dad tells Randy a scary story about a ghost that is rumored to live in a Ghost apartment. Randy starts crying, but ChaCha gets all excited about meeting the Ghost. So he takes Randy for a late night drive to the apartment where they meet an old lady. When they head home, a ghost appears and tries to return Randy's pillow that he left behind at the apartment. After a long chase around the city, Randy, ChaCha and Sara the ghost become close friends.

A big ship adventure

Randy notices a post card in the mailbox with a picture of a big ship. Naturally, he wants to go see the ship. ChaCha takes Randy on an under-water adventure where Randy learns about marine life. After being chased by a shark, they jump onto the ship, which is headed back to their hometown, Greenhill Town.

Mommy and daddy's treasure

On Mom and Dad's anniversary, they ask Catherine to babysit Randy. While Mom and Dad are gone, Catherine invites some friends over for a party. Accidentally, a vase is broken. This vase happens to be Dad's anniversary gift to Mom. Randy feels responsible and runs out of the house. After spending a few hours outside, he meets Mary at a bus stop. Mary says she ran away from home since her Mom and Dad were always fighting, but that they would come looking for her. When they don't turn up, Randy sees Mary crying for the first time. However, Randy's Mom and Dad come looking for him and they tell him that he is their most precious gift. Just then, Mary's parents turn up.

Mommy does not feel so good

Mom is down with a bad flu, so Dad leaves for work telling Randy to take good care of his mother. Mom decides to go to the supermarket to get some things for the house. Despite Randy's efforts to stop her, she takes off, and Randy decides to follow her secretly with ChaCha. Randy's mind is filled with all kinds of anxieties. He thinks her car would either crash into a wall, fall into a hole or even fall into the ocean. Randy follows her into the supermarket, but gets lost in the maze. After running around with Nick and Terry, he finds his mother and lets her know that he had come to help her.

A dangerous drive!

Randy draws a picture of Grandma who lives in Cleverland, but decides to take it to her rather than posting it. On their way, they are chased by a big truck. They learn that it is actually a hippopotamus that had turned into a truck, and it was lonely. Randy and ChaCha become his friend. All this takes up so much time, and they finally decide to mail the drawing to Grandma.

Buddy's princess costume

Mom puts many different costumes on Randy for the city masquerade carnival. Randy decides for the first time to say NO to Mom and makes his own decision. He paints ChaCha to make it look like a racing car, and he himself dresses up as a racer. During the carnival, Randy stumbles over some people and creates havoc. He decides to hide away and regrets making his own decision, but Sara and ChaCha teach him that it is important to stick to one's own decision.

The Mysterious Bones

Randy finds a box full of bones at home. He later finds out from his journalist father that bones from every meat shop were mysteriously disappearing. Randy suspects ChaCha. ChaCha is almost certain it is his old friend Bull stealing the bones. They try looking for Bull but learn that Bull had just past away. Bull appears in front of them as a ghost and tells ChaCha that the bones were gifts. Bull explains that he loved playing with ChaCha everyday, but got jealous ever since ChaCha started spending time with newborn Randy. Sara recommends that Bull turn into a toy as ChaCha did, but Bull decides to remain a ghost and live with Sara.

Mary's Dark Black Clouds

Mary's parents ask Randy's Mom and Dad to take care of Mary for a few days while they are gone. Mary does not have any appetite and is depressed all day thinking that her parents had a fight and went away. Randy tells his mother that Mary needs to see a doctor, but Mom tells him that Mary has these black clouds in her heart and a doctor cannot get rid of it. ChaCha traces Mary's parent's smell to the hospital. Mary jumps for joy when she finds out that her mother was expecting a baby.

Robot Trouble

Dad buys a new toy robot to add to his toy collection. Bull decides to turn into that robot but does not want them to find out, but it is not possible to hide it. While Bull is running around in the city, he is chased by children who have been wanting this toy robot. This one talks, so they really want it badly. Randy, ChaCha and Sara help Bull get away. Bull decides that he needs more training and he hops on to a bus going, who knows where.

The Mysterious Wind

Randy and ChaCha are relaxing in the park when Randy feels a strong wind. He asks ChaCha where wind comes from and where it goes, but ChaCha can only give a scientific explanation which Randy obviously does not understand. So he tries to follow the wind and is surprised to hear music. A cellist was practicing for a music contest but Randy thinks it is the wind singing. ChaCha tells Randy that maybe it is a song by the Wind Fairies. At the music concert, the cellist plays the Wind Fairies' song. As he starts to hum along, everybody in the audience does, and the evening ends on a high note. Randy and ChaCha have reached their conclusion. Winds go to where there is a lot of fun and excitement, just like the both of them do.

The Salmon Goes Upstream

Catherine decides to take Randy up the river to look at some Salmon. For the first time, Randy experiences the magnificent miracles of nature. He sees salmon making endless efforts to swim up the river to lay their eggs. ChaCha explains that some salmon cannot make it all the way and that was the way nature was. Randy feels sorry for the ones that cannot swim up, even though the weak ones are trying as hard as the strong ones. ChaCha is moved by Randy's thoughtfulness and decides to call Hippotruck to help them carry the weak salmon up the river.

My Good Friend ChaCha

ChaCha is in love. He is in love with Kana, a cocker spaniel he met in the park. Randy thinks ChaCha is sick. ChaCha explains that he tried to communicate with Kana but that she was frightened by a talking toy car. Randy and Bull help ChaCha convey to her that ChaCha is a warm-hearted dog that is just trying to be friends with her.

The Baby Cousin Comes to visit

Randy welcomes his baby cousin home and enjoys taking care of him. But the baby makes a big mess in Randy's room. Randy also notices that Mom and Dad keep holding the baby and are not looking after Randy. For the first time, Randy feels uneasy in his heart. When he finally sees the baby cousin ride ChaCha, Randy runs out of the house. ChaCha chases after him to explain that little children want everything. Dad explains that this is a natural feeling called jealousy, and that Mom and Dad will always be his only Mom and Dad.

Daddy's Forgotten Treasure

Forest's old friend and soccer superstar, Grahken, returns to his hometown Greenhill Town for a holiday. Apparently, he wants to take time off to think about retiring from soccer. Forest tries to interview him, but Grahken doesn't notice him. Forest tells Randy about how sad he felt when he wasn't notice by his best friend, and so Randy goes on his hunt for his Dad's old treasure box which was buried somewhere years ago. Randy hopes that the what he finds in this treasure box will remind Grahken of his old days with Forest.

ChaCha Stays at Home

Mom, Dad and Randy visit Grandma in Cleverland, but Randy forgets to take ChaCha along. ChaCha is sitting bored and lonely at home when Bull comes to visit. ChaCha decides to catch up with Randy. After many little adventures, ChaCha and Bull reach Cleverland. Meanwhile, Randy has been feeling homesick, or ChaCha-sick rather, so Grandma gives Randy a little toy car that his father use to play with. When Randy is left alone with the toy, the toy starts to hop around and croak. BuBu Pyoko was a frog that chose to become a toy car. Pyoko loved to sing to Grandma from the garden when he was a frog. Pyoko noticed that Grandma took good care of the toy car, so Pyoko decided to become the toy car in order to always stay close to Grandma.

Friends in the Forest

Later, Randy introduces ChaCha and Bull to Pyoko and a new friendship begins. Meanwhile, Dad tries to convince Grandma to come live with them in Greenhill Town, but Randy tells Dad that if she left Cleverland, all her friends would be sad. Randy really meant Pyoko, her garden, the trees and all of Grandma's friends.

The Snow Prince

Nature plays a trick and Greenhill Town is filled with snow. It happens because of two tiny aliens that come to earth. One has come to look for the other who disappeared in Randy's house. Randy, ChaCha and Sara help find the other one, who was hiding in Dad's nose.

ChaCha and the Big Race

Nick and Terry come to borrow ChaCha. Of course, Randy will never lend his best friend to anybody, but Dad teaches Randy the importance of sharing with others. Randy agrees to lend ChaCha, but everyday is miserable without ChaCha. One day he realizes that Nick and Terry borrowed ChaCha in order to compete and win the Kids' Toy Car Grand Prix. He asks them to return ChaCha, but they lend him their toy car instead. Sara offers to help Randy win the race. One day, Nick and Terry notice Randy speeding away in their car. They had always thought their car was slower than ChaCha, but they were not aware of Sara's help. Before the race begins, they ask Randy to return their car. Randy agrees under the condition that they take good care of their toys.

The Mysterious Tunnel

Mary and Randy write letters to Santa Claus and place them in the postbox. Randy waits outside the postbox expecting Santa to show up. Nick and Terry see this and tell Randy that Santa Claus does not exist. Randy talks about the days activities to Dad, and Dad explains that the feeling of giving is what Santa Claus is all about; that everybody has their own Santa Claus in their hearts. Randy sneaks out of the house dressed as Santa Claus, riding ChaCha, who is dressed up as Rudolph. They visit all their friends with gifts, but end up meeting the real Santa Claus.

The Teacher's Tree

Catherine has a painting assignment from school. She and Randy practice painting at the park, when one day, they see an artist's work. The artist, Georges Gadt, offers to teach them how to paint. Gadt tells them that he is just painting God's creation. The sun and the trees and animals are the great ones, and not his work. One day, Gadt's butler shows up to inform them that Gadt was sick and may not be able to paint anymore. Randy and ChaCha decide to call all of their friends to dig up Gadt's favorite tree and carry it to his house. The next day, Gadt shows up in a wheelchair, ready to paint again.

The Big Secrets

Nick and Terry have been hiding something from Randy. Randy is curious but ChaCha tells him that it is not good to pry into other people's privacy. However, curiosity takes over and they try to see what it is Nick and Terry are hiding on the treetop. When Randy and ChaCha climb the tree, they see little birds waiting to be fed.

Dragonfly in the Sky

Randy catches a dragonfly and goes around showing it to everybody. When Sara tells him to let it go, it drops out of his hand. Randy makes a grave in his garden and puts a toy airplane on top of the grave, hoping that the dragonfly would come back to play with him again. ChaCha and Sara tell him that once something is dead, it does not come back, but she assures him that the dragonfly has forgiven him. When he returns to the grave the following morning with Mom and Dad, they notice a small flower growing out of the grave. Mom tells Randy that he has been forgiven and that the dragonfly has chosen to become a flower.

Buddy's Orchestra

Randy wants to surprise his visiting Grandma with a gift. He discusses it with ChaCha, Bull, Pyoko and decides to sing for her. He calls on his friends to come sing with him and they start practicing, unsuccessfully. When the Wind Fairies call more of Randy's friends from far places, he is able to show Grandma a most delightful concert.

Buddy's First Camera

Dad gives Randy an old camera to play with. Randy decides to take his best moments of excitement by visiting his friends. However, he cannot capture that same excitement he had when he had met them for the first time. ChaCha explains to Randy about how time passes by, thereby not making it possible to return to what had happened before. But ChaCha assures Randy that every morning is the start of a new day, and each new day is filled with excitement.

The Solar engine

Mary gives Randy a pop quiz, and this makes Randy very curious. He goes around town with ChaCha looking for the answer, and meets a new neighbor, Tau and Chip who just moved in. But suddenly, ChaCha disappears. Will ChaCha return to Randy?

The Other side of the rainbow

Randy sees Tau reading a book which interests him, but Tau refuses to show it to Randy. Curious little Randy ask Mom and Dad to take him to the bookstores and gets himself the same book. The story is about a little boy who goes beyond the rainbow to meet his friends. Coincidentally, Randy and ChaCha notice a rainbow, and so they decide to make this small trip to go beyond the rainbow to see if they can make any new friends.

A big sand castle

Randy, ChaCha and Catherine go to the beach to have some fun, and here they meet Tau and his father, Mr.Dinton. Mr.Dinton is an architect and he moved to Greenhill Town to break down an old boathouse and build an Orgel House instead. Strangely, though, ChaCha notices a shovel car that doesn't seem to be working properly. At night, Randy and ChaCha go to see the shovel car and they find out that it is actually a circus elephant, Cindy the elephant shovel car. Cindy tells them that she is sick and tired of continuously breaking houses and buildings. And so they all decide to make the biggest sand castle on the beach, which surprises the people of the entire town. And Cindy learns that in order to make something new and nice, some old things have to be destroyed.

They're playing with everyone

Tau has a favorite bench in the park where he reads his books. Right next to it, Nick & Terry discover a hole where ants were getting into. They decide to make their own silly rule and not let anyone near the ant hole. Buddy tries to convince them that it is not fair, but can't succeed. However, as soon as Tau teaches them a thing or two about ants, they all become good friends.

Robo Bull is a Hero

When watching a brand new video of Space Robot, Buddy and ChaCha notice that it was Robo Bull starring in it. They sneak into the studio where the film was being shot and meet Bull, trying very hard to play his role.

The Smell of Wonder

Since ChaCha was a dog, he has a good nose. Sarah finds an interesting little shop, and gives ChaCha a hint of the smell of the shop. After many failed attempts, Buddy and ChaCha find the mysterious antique store. As they walk in, Buddy's grandfather's broken watch starts to move again. Buddy gets excited and takes it home, but it wasn't moving anymore.

The Feverish circus

Buddy falls sick one day before the circus comes to town. Dad decides to take pictures of the circus to show Buddy, but Sarah calls on Cindy to perform a few tricks just like when she was an elephant in a circus before becoming a shovel car.

Raindrops are lots of Fun

Buddy is curious about raindrops, so Tau lends him a book about rain. Buddy decides to follow raindrops to find out if they really lead to the ocean, evaporate and come back as rain again. Buddy gets all excited about his new findings and decides to take Catherine out to sea as she was feeling sad about losing an art contest, out t the ocean and talk about raindrops.

Dangerous Leopard

Buddy and his family go for a drive when they notice a leopard design sports car zooming by. ChaCha thinks something is fishy and decides to go out to try to locate the sports car. ChaCha decides to race with the car and find out if it is actually a baby leopard.

Let's Go! - Chip!

ChaCha decides to train Tau's pet dog, Chip. Like a strict trainer, ChaCha teaches him everything he has to learn about being a good dog and loyal to his master. Chip may actually have what it takes to be a good dog.

Whose Shadow is This?

Buddy looks at his own shadow and wonders what it is. It follows him around, moves in a similar way, gets big and smallc One night, something very uncommon happens to this town. A robber from the nest town comes to steal from Buddy's house.

Ta, Ta, Ta...Dance Organ

Tau's father is an architect. The orgel house that he designed is complete. He even got a few big dance organs for the main hall. He decides to have an opening party, but somehow he feels something important is missing.

Tau is moving

Tau has to leave Greenhill Town with his father to go to the next town for his father's next project. For Buddy, moving away is still new to him and he could not seem to understand the meaning, thinking Tau will be back in a few days. He slowly finds out how sad it is, like all children do when their friend has to move away, or when they themselves have to.

Lots Of Imagination

Tau makes a phone call to Buddy from his new house, and explains to Buddy how the new city looks. Buddy tries to imagine accurately but can't and so Bull and Baby Leopard decide to drive to the new city so they can help with Buddy's imagination. Buddy waits for their return, but they keep avoiding Buddy.

Same As I Saw In The Dream

Mom teaches Buddy about flowers; that they need sunshine, water, and most of all, love. During his nap, he dreams about playing in a flowerbed with many people, who seem unfamiliar.

The Cat That Became A Boot

A unique story in this series where one of Mary's rain boots disappears. Buddy thinks a cat wanted to try being a boot, and that the cat goes off to an island where there are many animals, just like ChaCha, Bull, Hippotruck and Cindy.

Randy's Stamp

Today is the day of the Postman Rally, where children participate in a contest and try to become a good postman for the day. Three stamps must be collected in three areas, and the first one to get all three wins. Buddy is the first to get two, but has trouble getting the third one. In fact, he gets lost and goes to the wrong place to get it, deep in the woods. Will he be able to complete his race.

PapaRat In Trouble

Tau's empty house has some visitors' who scream and run out. Buddy goes with Mary to check what happened and they find a little toy car moving around the house. He calls Tau to ask if Tau forgot a toy, but he later finds out that it is a mouse, protecting his family.

The Friend In The Mountain

Dad takes Buddy, Mary, Nick & Terry up to his friend's ranch in the mountains. Just like any other child, Terry falls homesick at night. Dad and his friend, Allan, try their best to settle Terry's fears. Continues onto next episode.

The following morning, they all go hiking up to the mountains, where the weather gets bad. They decide to spend the night in a lodge halfway up. Buddy and ChaCha decide to go higher up, sneaking out late at night, where they meet their old alien friend and his family.

Buddy meets a beautiful woman from out of town who claims she is playing hide and seek. Together they visit all of Buddy's favorite places and Buddy introduces her to all of his friends. She happens to be a famous actress in town, promoting her new movie, but ChaCha suspects something is going on.

The Story of Talking Clogs

A Clown gives Buddy a very strange looking pair of wooden shoes. It is a pair of shoes that loves to tap dance. Buddy and ChaCha look for more wooden friends that the shoes can tap dance with. Then begins a very unique tap show.

ChaCha hears his dog friends howling at night, and he learns that his elder brother is sick. Buddy convinces ChaCha to go visit his family, and off goes ChaCha, feeling bad about leaving Buddy behind at home. After a long trip, ChaCha gets to meet al his brothers and sisters, who seem to be living well, except a couple of them.

Buddy wakes up in his grandmother's house. Grandma sprained her leg and her children drove at night to visit her. Buddy thinks of an interesting dog-race game to play with all his family, in order to cheer up Grandma.

Mary's Wish

Finally, it is the day when Mary is going to be an elder sister. But Mary is doubtful if she can be a good sister, and so decides to practice using Buddy. Buddy hates being dressed up a little girl, but somehow complies after noticing how tensed up Mary is.

The Infinite Ocean In The sky

ChaCha's dolphin friends inform him that a big airplane is at the bottom of the ocean. ChaCha finds out it is a whale that tried to swim in the ocean. Buddy and ChaCha call on all their friends to help pull Mr.Whale Airplane out of the ocean.
