Faisu got Mutton and Rogan Josh paste, Dipika got Fish and Shorshe Bata, and Ayesha got Chicken and Assamese Black Sesame Paste. All 3 will have to make a dish combining both protein and paste.

Overnight Cooking Challenge

Chef Romy Gill gives some envelopes to the remaining 4 contestants: Gaurav, Kabita, Archana, and Faisu. Each envelope contains an overnight technique such as fermentation, confit, and slow cooking. The contestants will get 30 minutes for preparation and must collect all ingredients from the pantry on the previous day only as the pantry will be closed for the next day. After 30 mins, they will have to leave the kitchen as it is, keep the items on the counter/fridge, and come back in the next day.

Since Dipika couldn't participate in the Black Apron Challenge last week due to health issues, She will be directly participating in this week's Black Apron Challenge. The remaining contestants will have to replicate Chef Ranveer's dish in 90 minutes.
