This episode picks up where Rugrats In Paris has left off -- with the entire gang now back in the good old US of A, with Chazz a newly-married man, and, most importantly, Chuckie gaining a new mother and sister that he likes. And who else but Angelica would put a damper on Chuckie's happiness?
