Designers Doug Wilson and Genevieve Gorder and carpenter Ty Pennington are on hand to help as the Delta Upsilon fraternity trades rooms with the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. After assessing each other's digs (while the girls find the boys' place gross, the frat boys deem the female abode unwelcoming), the remodeling begins with the standard rules: two days, a $1000 budget and no peeking.
