Frank stumbles upon the "Pluto Landing" site and is mistaken for an alien. Katherine tells Frank that he'll be a part of a "secret" space mission, that no one shall know about. He then figures out the truth later on and Abbie helps Frank escape.

A rare bird has flew in to Chilly Beach and has nestled in the Hockey Rink. David Suzuki declares the the rink a Ecological Site, therefore leaving Dale jobless and able to put the whole town in danger. Dale becomes a lighthouse worker and drives an Oil Tanker into the city creating mayhem.
