TZE-YU and MEI-SUET's mother SZE YUK-LAN return to Hong Kong. YUK-LAN worries about TZE-YU and she decides to accompany her. HEI-YAN plays music and sing at MAN-SAN's office. Mutated H5N1 is discovered in Hong Kong and everybody in the healthcare sector is very nervous. Doctor YEUNG PUI-CHUNG adores his good friend Doctor KAN CHING-CHING but CHING-CHING suddenly resigned last year. Two of his good friends persuade him to let go but PUI-CHUNG continues to buy daily commodities for CHING-CHING. MAN-SAN doesn't want FAN-SING to discover CHIN-YEE quarreling with her father so he brings FAN-SING to the coffee shop. HOI-CHING visits CHIN-YEE and reveals that CHUNG-PUI loves her very much. CHIN-YEE explains FAN-SING's illness to MAN-SAN. MAN-SAN asks CHIN-YEE if she wants to find FAN-SING's mother. TZE-YU offers medical consultation to SIU-BING and she suspects that SIU-BING has got problems with her sciatic nerve but SIU-BING doesn't believe it. SIU-ANG persuades CHIN-YEE to reconcile with her parents and CHIN-YEE reveals her feelings to her. TAI-KWONG reveals that the number of TZE-YU's cancer cells is slightly reduced only after electrotherapy and he doesn't recommend her to perform any operation. MAN-SAN returns home and he is surprised to find MAN-YUET and HEI-YAN there. MAN-YUET reveals that she will stay at MOYUNG WAI's home temporarily until she finishes her book. TZE-TING and PUI-CHUNG go to dinner together. PUI-CHUNG is ashamed that he has misled TZE-TING. MEI-SUET scolds PUI-CHUNG after learning that TZE-TING has lost her love. This makes others scold PUI-CHUNG for being wicked as well. YAT-KIN tells CHING-LOK that TZE-YU wants to have a baby but he doesn't want her life to be at risk. HIU-TUNG, PUI-CHUNG and TZE-TING go to TAI-YUK's office to find clues. PUI-CHUNG discovers from the Internet that KA-PIK committed suicide 30 years ago. It is confirmed that Uncle KAM has got a tumor in his body and HIU-TUNG thinks that this is not coincidental. TAI-KWONG still insists not to rescue TAI-YUK. Somebody replies to HIU-TUNG's message regarding KA-PIK's death on the Internet. SHUI-WAH and the others suspect that the one who replied is a ghost. HIU-TUNG wants to meet up with the one who replied to her message on the Internet. SHUI-WAH and the others want to give PUI-CHUNG a chance to rescue her. HIU-TUNG discovers that the one who replied is KA-PIK. KA-PIK reveals the truth to her. YAT-KIN suggests performing an operation for TAI-YUK. MAN-SAN objects it for the chance of survival is very low and they start a quarrel on the issue. MEI-SUET and TZE-TING discover that PUI-CHUNG and HIU-TUNG are staying together. When YING-WO and TZE-YU tell WAN-KAM about her illness, they suggest her to discuss it with her family members but WAN-KAM says that she can handle it by herself. CHIN-YEE falls asleep in the living room when there is a leakage of petroleum gas. Luckily, MAN-SAN rescues her. MEI-SUET reveals that SHUI-WAH has helped her to investigate AMBER's medical history from the USA. YUK-LAN and TZE-YU worry that this will affect MEI-SUET and BING-CHAN's relationship. MOYUNG WAI suddenly feels dizzy and the doctor suspects that he has got a brain tumor. MAN-YUET urges him to have a body check but MOYUNG WAI doesn't take it seriously. MAN-YUET reveals that she will dance with MOYUNG WAI if he agrees to treat his illness……

MEI-SUET starts a quarrel with BING-CHAN because of AMBER and she wants to separate with him temporarily. SIU-YIK says that BING-CHAN is too indecisive. YAT-KIN says that BING-CHAN's main problem is that he was not honest to MEI-SUET. NGOK HO-BIU, the patient treated by both MEI-SUET and TZE-TING before, suddenly feels sick. HO-TAK says that the four stents placed in HO-BIU's heart in a previous operation are all blocked and a bypass operation on the next day is necessary. However, HO-BIU requests him to postpone the operation for a few days. PUI-CHUNG is inspired by HO-BIU's case and he decides to declare his love to HIU-TUNG again. MOYUNG WAI and MAN-YUET perform together in the hospital. After the performance, they invite CHIN-YEE and MAN-SAN to perform together. MAN-SAN reveals to CHIN-YEE that many people around are supporting her and he reminds her not to indulge in the pain of losing her lover FAI……

The guys at Rm Gen-Y ask BING-CHAN to buy caviar for celebration with YAT-KIN. All of them are not pleased that AMBER is moving in and they feel angry for MEI-SUET. HEI-YAN posted the photo of MAN-SAN and CHIN-YEE's performance on the notice board of the patient's resource centre. MAN-SAN finds it embarrassing. AMBER suffers from meningitis as a result of joint infection. She is very scared and she reveals to BING-CHAN that she is willing to visit a psychiatrist. MEI-SUET is recommended to be in charge of AMBER's operation and BING-CHAN requests to perform AMBER's orthopedic operation. SIU WING worries that MEI-SUET cannot handle it. AMBER wakes up and BING-CHAN reveals that MEI-SUET has performed the operation successfully……

HUNG-HUNG reveals that she doesn't have the courage to donate her liver to FAN-SING since she has her own family already. MOYUNG WAI tells MAN-YUET and CHIN-YEE that MAN-SAN is suffering from leukemia but he doesn't want to visit the doctor. CHIN-YEE asks MAN-SAN to treat his illness and MAN-SAN finally agrees. SIU-LUNG hurts his head accidentally and he is sent to the hospital. FAN-SING finds him unhappy and he draws him a picture. FAN-SING is sent to the Intensive Care Unit. SO KIT reminds CHIN-YEE to be prepared for the worst. KWUN wants to have a blood check to determine if he could donate his liver to FAN-SING. TZE-YU asks BING-CHAN to organize the wedding ceremony in “East meets West” style. TAI-KWONG gets along well with MING-FONG and HIU-TUNG discovers it. BING-CHAN says that he is organizing a wedding ceremony for his cousin and he asks TAI-KWONG to lend him a gift for the bride. HEI-YAN has got a fever and she is sent to the hospital. MAN-YUET blames herself for not stopping HEI-YAN to make paper cranes for FAN-SING for the whole night. HO-TAK, SO KIT and PUI-CHUNG carry out investigation together. They reveal to MAN-SAN that HEI-YAN might be suffering from a heart failure and she needs an operation urgently. MAN-SAN tells his daughter that he has made a request for transferring back to Cardiothoracic Division so that he could support her. CHIN-YEE looks for MAN-SAN at the harbour and she encourages him to have confidence in himself. TZE-YU is stuck when investigating the disease and YAT-KIN encourages her. TAI-KWONG reveals that a tumor was discovered in her daughter's brain when she was 16 years old. BOK-MAN performed an operation for her but part of the tumor is still there. SIU-ANG discovers from the notebook that HIU-TUNG has booked the activity room in the resource centre and she decides to help her there. However, she discovers that HIU-TUNG is actually organizing a ceremony for herself. Since PUI-CHUNG wants to use the activity room, HIU-TUNG decides to have the ceremony at TAI-KWONG's office instead. PUI-CHUNG and the others are having fun in the party.
