Kirstie and Phil meet dance-mad newlyweds Keon and Zoe in West London, where not only is property expensive, but often sells in record time. Keon and Zoe want a family home with space for their favourite hobby - salsa-dancing, in Shepherd's Bush, for £450,000! Kirstie is further west in the borough of Richmond, helping Paul and Carolyn.
