The Peak District

Adrian Edmondson heads to the Peak District, where he steps on to the auctioneer's podium at Leek livestock market and meets Britain's last maker of traditional horticultural sieves.

Berkshire

Adrian Edmondson travels to Berkshire, where he continues to explore Britain's traditional foods, crafts and customs. Today, he takes part in Hungerford's ancient Hocktide celebrations, mucks around with some pigs and tries his luck at the delicate art of fly-fishing.

East Midlands

Actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson travels to the East Midlands, continuing his search for unique British food and traditions. He goes on the factory floor to discover the history behind Northampton's shoe-making industry.

Adrian Edmondson heads to Suffolk, where he explores the county's unique British foods and traditional crafts.

Cumbria

Adrian Edmondson travels to Cumbria, where he continues to explore Britain's traditional foods, crafts and customs. Today, he learns about Kendal Mint Cake, tries his luck at fishing the traditional Viking way, discovers the history of rum in the region and makes a spicy cake for local cloggers.

Norfolk

Adrian Edmondson visits Norfolk, where he meets a local egg producer and tries his hand at making a corn doll. The presenter is also reunited with eel catcher Peter Carter, who he met in the previous series, to see him demonstrate his century-old punt gun in action.

East Scotland

Adrian Edmondson travels to eastern Scotland, where he continues to explore Britain's traditional foods and ancient customs. Today, he meets brothers who are brewing medieval heather ale, visits a family of sporran-makers and samples Highland beef. He then cooks up a nourishing Scottish broth for some local singers.

Buckinghamshire

Actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson travels to Buckinghamshire on his search for the region's finest British foods. He meets the last remaining Aylesbury duck breeder and builds his own traditional Windsor chair. He also joins the mayor at High Wycombe's ancient `weighing-in' ceremony and treats a male barbershop choir to an unusually named local dish in the grounds of the Claydon Estate.

Yorkshire

Adrian Edmondson explores the Yorkshire region, where his birthplace Bradford is located. Here he meets a group of metalworkers who allow him to try his hand at making cutlery, and goes tea-tasting in Harrogate. He also finds the time to create a snack for a choir using an unusual local recipe.

Welsh Coast

Adrian Edmondson explores the Welsh coast to discover the region's finest food and crafts. He meets a butter-maker who is ensuring her 100-year-old family recipe continues, takes to the river in a traditional coracle, enjoys a slice of Bara brith at Britain's oldest Women's Institute, and goes back in time when he visits a Victorian Punch and Judy show. He also cooks some local sausages.

Staffordshire

Adrian Edmondson heads to Staffordshire, where he learns about oatcakes, pays a visit to the region's Marmite factory and explores the Potteries, where he is taught the art of producing ceramics by hand. Before he leaves the county, the presenter also meets dancers keeping an unusual ceremony alive and prepares a local dessert.

Adrian Edmondson explores Northern Ireland to discover the country's finest foods and crafts. He visits a famous apple orchard, is taught the traditional art of basket weaving, and uses a local recipe to bake soda bread. A dance group provides entertainment while the host prepares an Irish delicacy.

Adrian Edmondson visits Cornwall, where he goes night fishing, joins a rowing race, samples some handmade ale and bakes biscuits for a group of harpists.

Adrian Edmondson is in the capital today to visit Billingsgate fish market to help prepare a traditional London dish of pie and eels with liquor sauce.

Adrian Edmondson is in Yorkshire roaming the North York Moors in search of some tasty mutton. He discovers where to find Whitby jet, a stone used to craft handmade jewellery.

Adrian Edmondson heads to Devon, where he learns about the oldest herd of red deer in Britain, is taught the basics of call-change bell ringing and meets some orange elephants roaming in the countryside. He also samples some local entertainment, courtesy of folk musician and singer Jackie Oates

Adrian travels to the West Midlands to discover the Balti Triangle, visits a pork scratching factory, learns how to make goat's cheese and has a spin in a handmade sports car.
