The two then play a game of chicken to see who will back out of the deal first. Meanwhile, Jeremy tricks Morgan and Betsy into helping him break into Mindy's apartment to retrieve a valuable item.

Mindy says yes, but immediately begins to plot ways to ruin Heather's rental application.
