Senya and Fedya start another argument, which develops into a quarrel, and the sous-chef tries to restore "peace and friendship" in the kitchen.

A regular visitor of retirement age appears in the restaurant, who is interested not only in French cuisine. The host is preparing for a meeting with a famous Romanian director.
