The stunning coastal views instantly earn Hilary some brownie points, but a lavatory let-down leaves two guests with a dilemma. After a visit to a sculpture park, Hilary has an awkward moment dealing with a complaint, leading to some low scores in her feedback.

The final visit of the week is to The Railway Ramblers' Rest in Devon, where hosts Nikki and Terry hope their unique take on self-catering will secure them the plaque.
