The third visit is to the Smart and Simple hotel in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, where owner Simon Colbran and his assistant manager Rebecca Heasman want their rivals to agree 'the rooms are smart, and that's simple'. At dinner, Cathy's joke about Lithuanian-raised Millie's accent leaves her fuming.
