I don't want to take a nap

Tip doesn’t want take an afternoon nap. Mommy and Daddy tell him how important it is to rest, and that he’ll be tired before bedtime if he doesn’t. But Tip refuses to listen to them. And for a while he seems to be right, but by the time he gets to Jody’s party, Tip is too tired to have fun. In the end, he has to admit that he should carry on taking his afternoon nap.

It's a secret

Tip just can’t keep a secret. It’s no good: secrets burst out of him, like sneezes! But, with Nutty’s help, Tip learns how to keep a secret in order to play a game or surprise somebody. He recognises the importance of keeping a secret when he sees how happy Mommy is about the surprise party organised for her: it can be hard to keep a secret, but sometimes, it really is worth it!

I'm too big for kisses!

The teacher measures all the puppies to see how much they have grown and Tip is the only one who has not even grown an inch. His mother greeted him with a kiss on the head, which flattened his forelock.

Don't be noisy

Tip and Jody play in the park and make a lot of noise. At the request of the mothers they decide not to speak anymore as they understand that noise can be annoying.

The first day of vacation arrives and Tip is very happy because you can always play and also sleep longer in the morning. But in the morning Tip wakes up early and wants everyone to get up as well.

It's new, so I'm not going to use it

Daddy has brought Tip and Tippy some playdough. Tip stares at his new playdough but doesn’t want to open it and ruin it. The next day he takes it with him to kindergarten, but comes up with all kinds of excuses not to let his friends use it. While the others are playing and having a good time, he concentrates on guarding his precious new playdough.
