The Rich Are Innocent, And The Poor Are Guilty
Fugitives are on the run and have taken a family hostage in their home. Officers of the Seobu Police Department are the first to arrive including Han Tae Joo who makes it his mission to keep everyone alive. A woman is found murdered in a motel room. Han Choong Ho, who was first released by the Seobu Police Department, is the first suspect in the case.
