Matt, Roxie and Gomez confront him in the Region of Ruins but doubting his ability to be a Hatter Hero Matt initially falters. When Magnifico threatens the Street Kids, Matt fights back, leading to an all-out smackdown in Carnival City.

When a meteor storm splits Captain Lightning into two Captain Lightnings, Tenoroc pits the pair of live wires against each other to find some Multivisium ore - a rare substance Tenoroc needs to progress his master plan. Matt, Roxie and Gomez have two problems at once - defeating the Lightnings and saving Carnival City's Street Kids, who are suffering from deadly Multivisium poisoning.

Small he may be, but Tenoroc's latest super-villain, Gangster Bug, can go where no other super-villain (or hero) can. In this case, it's into the critical Airways that run under the Enchanted Forest, and unless Matt, Roxie and Gomez can find a way to stop him - they'll be choked by Gangster Bug's toxic stink bombs. Matt needs a small solution to a BIG problem.
