It’s been restored by ingredient experts five years ago, and now only 160kg remains. The second ingredient is yeonyeopju from Asan. From there, they learn that Chinese herring is near extinct and so it's impossible to make fermented Chinese herring kimchi. Another ingredient is beeswax. Legless wheat is the first endangered ingredient they encounter. It’s near extinct because of all the imported wheat that takes up more than 99% of the market. The seed soy sauce they taste has been aged for 360 years. What kind of dish will these ingredients turn into? Stay tuned to find out!

This week, Haha joins as a special guest. Together with the members, he visits Suncheon to find this week’s endangered ingredient. Daegaengi, which looks like dried Pollack, is the first ingredient they encounter. Next is baweeotmook which has a texture similar to that of seaweed.
