Daegaengi, which looks like dried Pollack, is the first ingredient they encounter. Next is baweeotmook which has a texture similar to that of seaweed. Legless wheat is the first endangered ingredient they encounter. It’s near extinct because of all the imported wheat that takes up more than 99% of the market.
