Over a consecutive few weeks, Bingo recounts how a new student at kindergarten has been calling her names. After initially being tolerant, Bingo eventually finds a way to become friends with her new classmate.

When Muffin won't stop sucking her thumb, Aunt Trixie puts her in a dog collar to help break the habit. Muffin is angered, while Bluey and Bingo are frustrated that their cousin can't play with them due to her restricted movement.
