Xue Ling and Adam are worried about Michael's short term amnesia, but Michael is more concerned about trying to recall his conversation with Lauren in the car and how it will affect his parents' marriage. Back home, Kwong San puts up an upbeat front about his retirement, but he is confronted with the loss after Vijesh visited him. Arjun announces that he will not be going ahead with the aesthetic clinic business much to Bhaskar's delight, but Meera suspects that the decision to quit the project is because of Diana.

Chris' woes over the fake certificate is far from over when Suzanne tells him that she is been questioned by the police too. Seeing Suzanne so upset, Chris goes to find Felicia to trash things out, only to find out that it was Felicia's father who made the police report against him. The Lims get a surprise visit from Jay after a call from Bee Li the day before. Jay finally makes peace with Li Yan and finds out that Diana had lied about being together with Arjun. Meantime, Salmah plans a surprise baby shower for Norleena in her bid to cheer her up after Nadiah's departure.

After his retirement, Kwong San is bored stiff at home and tries to engage Bee Li to join him at some classes at the community club he is planning to sign up, but Bee Li tries to avoid them at all costs. Over at TCH, Chris and Suzanne decide to come clean and explain the whole fake degree situation to Li Yan, but they are interrupted by a furious Chin Huat who blames Chris and Suzanne for Felicia's plight. More woes for Wafiq when Yasmine decides to move back to Singapore and wants the custody of Kalila, but Wafiq is not going to give her up without a fight. Bee Li, Xue Ling and Adam, meanwhile, drop a major bombshell on Michael's NS plans to enlist together with Eddie.

After Chin Huat's outburst, Chris and Suzanne get the cold shoulder from everyone at TCH. Chris decides to be honest with Felicia about making use of her and taking advantage of her feelings for him. Upset over having to choose between with her parents, Kalila runs away. Wafiq goes into a panic when he cannot locate Kalila. He is relieved when he learns that Kalila is at Salmah's house. Meanwhile, Michael finds that Xue Ling and Adam have plans to seek NS deferment for him after they felt that he will not be fit enough as he is still recovering from the injuries sustained from the car accident. In bid to keep the peace at home, Michael reluctantly agrees to go with their decision. At TCH, Diana and Shruti see Pam and her mother have a major confrontation, and find out that she has been staying at a youth hostel all this while

Concerned and a little guilty over Pam's current plight, Shruti wants to make things easier for Pam by getting her to move in with the Bhaskars again. Meanwhile, Wafiq and Yasmine meet to discuss about Kalila's living arrangements and he is thrown into a fix when Yasmine's tough lawyer Zainudin repeatedly confronts him. However, Salmah steps in and helps him out. Michael, discharged and resting at home, gets messages and calls from an unknown number. Knowing it is from Lauren, he chooses to ignore it

Li Yan and the Tongs discuss how they can pool their resources when Suzanne informs them that Chris would most likely be charged. However, they get a surprise when Arjun bails Chris out. As Pam plans for a gathering with their ex-JC mates, Shruti is concerned about the alcohol but Pam tells her she needs to toughen up. Things did not go too well when Shruti is caught by the police with a beer in her possession after the alcohol restriction hours. While studying for his SATs, Michael puts himself under a lot of pressure when he feels that he is not as sharp as he used to be. Kwong San decides to step in to help.

Salmah, Li Yan and Diana have planned a surprise baby shower for Norleena at the Tongs' place, but Salmah panics when Norleena decides to take the day off and rest at home. Kwong San tries to find ways to busy himself with his newfound hobby but ends up messing up the house, much to Bee Li's chagrin. After what Mark told her about Pam, Shruti thinks that Pam stole some alcohol from Bhaskar's cabinet. She takes the rap for the missing alcohol and expects Pam to be thankful that she stood up for her, but Pam is oblivious to what is going on. Meantime, Vanessa runs into Gina at Norleena's baby shower and gets really upset about it.

Li Yan and Diana decide to invite Vanessa over for lunch, hoping to connect better with her and to make up for what happened at Norleena's baby shower yesterday. Feeling bad for staying at the Bhaskars for free, Pam decides to cook for the entire family as a show of her appreciation. At school, Eddie does not believe Hakim when he constantly makes excuses about his mother being unwell, and treats him harshly. Li Yan receives a surprise visit from her sister Li Ting, who comes bearing life-changing news for her.

Eddie feels bad for doubting Hakim when the truth about Hakim's mother surfaces. He tries to make up to him but Hakim is not receptive towards his gesture. Vanessa gets warded when her water broke. Tension between Li Yan and Ben when Li Yan feels that Ben is not caring toward Vanessa enough. Vanessa, on the other hand, freaks out over everything from suggested induce labour to doing the sonography scan. Meantime, Li Ting creates a huge impression on Diana and Chris, and the twins start to bond with her.

Adam decides it is time to seriously kick off his plan for his MMA School and gets Xue Ling involved, much to Xue Ling's surprise. Over at the Rahmans, Sulaiman continues to fret over Norleena, much to Norleena's annoyance. Sulaiman then get some advice from Wafiq to enjoy the peace around the house while he can, before all will be disrupted when the baby arrives. While Li Yan continues to put up a brave front after hearing from Li Ting that her daughter whom she had with Bhaskar has passed on

Li Yan is still not talking to Chris and Chris is hoping that he can make it up to her, but little does he know that Li Yan is actually distracted with the sad news of her daughter's passing. Lathika, meanwhile has just completed a massage course and bitten by the ‘course-bug', and goes on the lookout for more enrichment courses to take. As she tries to share the good news with Wati, she feels left out when she finds Wati spending more time with Fitri. Eddie has been receiving phone messages from a mysterious sender. As he tries to keep it a secret, it only pips Shruti's and Pam's curiosity as they hatch a plan to find out the identity of the sender.

Those mysterious messages turn out to be a call for help as Eddie mulls over it authenticity. To ease his conscience, he then decides to help the sender but not before roping Michael in, much to Michael's annoyance. After their chance meeting at TCH the day before where she was very affected by what he said to her, Li Ting decides to talk it out with Bhaskar regarding what happened some 30 years ago. Over at the Lims, Kwong San finally signs off his shares of KS Foods to Peter Tay with much mixed feelings

As Li Ting get ready to return to Hong Kong, she gets a reassurance from Bhaskar that he will let the past stays in the past and not tell Li Yan anything. Li Ting is relieved and grateful. Kwong San, still trying to adjust to retirement, is feeling a little helpless and left out as he sees everyone around him going about their daily lives. As Bee Li confides with Meera, Meera offers advice and suggestions on how important it is for Kwong San be kept occupied otherwise he might sink into depression. Eddie is now caught in the middle of a potential extortion case from some online scammers, but he gets help from an unexpected source. Meantime, Lathika is still not happy to see Wati and Fitri hanging out together, but this changes when Fitri helps her out of an emergency.

Xue Ling, still feeling guilty for being the cause of Kwong San's early retirement, tries to get Bee Li to accommodate and cut down on her own activities to spend more time with Kwong San, but Bee Li thinks it is not fair to impose this request on her. Michael, meanwhile, struggles with post-concussion syndrome, and it is affecting his studies, concentration and temperament. Over at TCH, Juliana drops a major bombshell on an unsuspecting Zul when she brings her parents over to meet him, on the pretext of having lunch there

Zul is upset and moody after being coerced by Juliana into meeting her parents. Desperate, Juliana seeks out Norleena for help. After a pep talk from Norleena, Zul decides to tell Juliana that they are not right for each other. Juliana is hurt and walks out of him. Bee Li steps down as TLC Chairwoman. Drama unfolds as Bee Li tries to prevent Meera from being elected as the next Chairwoman of TLC. Michael is disappointed that he could not sit for his SATs this year. When he experiences some residual effects from his head injury, he tries to hide his conditions from everyone. However, after seeing double vision during a workout session, Michael gets worried.

Zul is in a funk over his relationship with Juliana. However, he is momentarily distracted when Norleena experiences labour pains at TCH and he has to send her to the hospital. In the end, he makes the difficult decision to break up with Juliana. Meantime, after learning that Vanessa's mother is unable to care for her, Li Yan insists that Vanessa move in with them after she gets discharged from the hospital, much to Ben's shock and disappointment. Gina finally pours out her unhappiness to Ben when she learns that Vanessa has moved in with the Tongs. A torn Ben give his word to Gina that he is committed to make their relationship work.

Ben is not happy with Vanessa staying with them and is constantly irritated with Li Yan taking her side and attending to her every need. Things get worse when she tells him to massage Vanessa's swollen and sore feet and before long both of them get into a heated argument. Meanwhile, Chris is on edge about his impending court sentence and when Suzanne unprecedentedly makes a joke relating to prison life, he takes it personally and lashes out at her. It is Shruti's first attempt at working for Diana, and Diana is a little doubtful if Shruti will be able to pull off the cleaning jobs and gives her the option to back out. However, Shruti is determined to prove her wrong.

Determined to save Chris from going into prison, Li Yan decides to use up whatever savings she has to pay the fine for Chris, only to meet with strong objections from Ben and Diana as they both feel that Chris has been given way too many chances and does not deserve to be bailed out every single time. After making Lathika upset with her belittling comment about maids, Shruti tries to make amends. They have a chat and Lathika shares her life story and struggles with Shruti. Gina finally admits to Ben that she is really uncomfortable seeing Ben getting ‘close' to Vanessa. However, Ben insists that he is just giving Vanessa the support she needs, at least until her pregnancy is over. Ben then finds out that it was Chris who fed ideas into Gina's head that made her insecure about their relationship

As the Tongs prepares to go to court in the afternoon for Chris' sentencing, Li Yan is upset that Ben is still not willing to fork out the money to pay the fine. Pam decides to go ahead and work for Mr Pang, much to Shruti's frustration. As Shruti helps Pam to cover up, she feels really bad lying to Diana. At the clinic, Bhaskar, not wanting to lose Norleena, is supportive of her and offers her a flexible working arrangement should she decide to return to work after her maternity leave.

Bhaskar and Salmah start to interview candidates for Norleena's temporary replacement at the clinic. A Jared Toh comes for an interview and Salmah is set on hiring him, but Bhaskar has his reservations when he feels that Salmah's decision is all based on looks. Over at TCH, Ben feels bad about not having been more forgiving towards Chris, and as a result, clashes with Li Yan. Kwong San meets up with Boon Ping, the son of one of his old business associate for coffee, and jumps at the chance to offer him some business advice. Meanwhile, Eddie discovers that Michael has been hiding the letter from the specialist. Eddie is worried about him, but with the NS enlistment around the corner and Michael having set his ambitions of entering OCS, will he come clean with Eddie?

Its NS enlistment day for Eddie and Michael and the likes of Kwong San, Xue Ling and Li Yan are anxious. Meanwhile, Eddie worries that Michael may still be feeling the after-effects of his recent car accident and suggests that he try to get downgraded. An excited Kwong San works hard on a business plan not knowing it is a phantom project conceived by Xue Ling. Adam's desire to open a gym hits a snag as he struggles to balance the budget.

Michael is determined to do well in BMT so he can get a place in OCS but that makes him an easy target for Mark's constant sniping. Eddie's desire to protect Michael lands him in some comical trouble. Over at the Lims, Xue Ling is in two minds about coming clean with Kwong San about the phantom project but is afraid of the consequences.

After looking through Kwong San's proposal to Boon Ping, Xue Ling is inspired and gets an idea on how to kick start a new business. However, Kwong San is not too interested, which dampens her spirit. While Adam is busy trying to put his gym together, he finds an unlikely business partner in Wafiq as he finds himself turning to him for advice. A work emergency from Diana causes Pam to seek the help of Shruti to help her with cleaning a client's office. Shruti reluctantly agrees and to make matters worse, Shawn, one of the office staff, continues to irritate her as she works

Things are still a little icy between Kwong San and Xue Ling as both cannot find the appropriate time to talk things through. Just when things could not get any more interesting, Sheila blurts out to the Lims that Jay and her are engaged. Wafiq is eager to pick Adam's brain about MMA but Adam is determined to throw Wafiq off from investing in the gym. Shruti keeps her distance from Shawn when she helps Pam clean Mr Pang's office again. As Shawn continues to hover around her and makes conversation, Shruti is drawn to him and she cannot seem to explain why.

Bee Li is excited to celebrate Mother's Day with Jay, while Wati is sad to be away from her children on the special day. Wanting to cheer Wati up, Lathika invites Wati and Fitri for a potluck party while the Bhaskars are at a wedding dinner, but Pam returns home earlier than expected. Diana is upset to learn that Jay has been back for some time. Jay, meanwhile, wants to drop in on TCH but Sheila dissuades him.

Jay tries hard to bridge the gulf with Kwong San and makes a decision to stay in Singapore instead of going to the US with Sheila, but Sheila gets upset and schemes to further widen the gap between father and son, and destroy any chance that Jay will reconcile with Diana. In BMT, Michael is worried about the upcoming IPPT trial but he is determined to get a gold in the test. Pam makes a lunch date with her and Shruti to meet Shawn and his friend Firdaus. During the lunch, Shruti feels uncomfortable to be attracted to the annoying Shawn

Shruti continues to deliberate about whether she should go on a date with Shawn. She starts to get edgy when Shawn does not response to her texts to him. It is Jared's first day at the clinic, and while Salmah is generally pleased with his performance, Norleena does not think he is cut out for the job. Meanwhile, Li Yan receives a call from a food blogger who is interested to sample the food at the coffee house and write a review

Eddie is worried about the rest of the platoon finding out what happened between him and PC Jonathan the previous night. Meantime, the recruits prepare for their first book-out by doing area cleaning and preparing for bunk inspection. Shruti gears up for a date with Shawn, but Bhaskar has other plans in mind for them. The Tongs are busy preparing for Chris' return from prison by making his favourite snack. At TCH, preparations are also made for the arrival of the food blogger, with Li Yan hoping to get some good publicity from the blog.

Chris is back home after serving a two-week imprisonment. Everyone gives him a warm welcome except for Ben, who is still has not forgiven him for causing all the trouble. The food blogger finally turns up with a couple of friends after yesterday's no-show, but things end on a sour note when Ben and Diana insist he pays for all the food that he consumed. Norleena starts her song compilation to play as background music during her delivery. While in camp, Eddie and Mark bond over a common struggle - BMT.

TCH got a negative review from the food blogger and the Tongs decided to spruce up the alfresco area to make it more hip and happening so as to attract a younger crowd. Meanwhile, the tension between Ben and Chris escalates when Ben feels that Chris receives preferential treatment from Li Yan. Over at the Bhaskars, Meera reveals to Bhaskar that he is not her one and only boyfriend and the revelation makes Bhaskar uncomfortable.

Norleena goes into labour, but Sulaiman is well prepared for this day and thinks he has everything under control. Despite his efforts to make sure that all goes smoothly, his headstrong wife refuses to co-operate and insists on going shopping before heading to the hospital. The relationship between Ben and Vanessa continues to blow hot and cold, both finding it difficult to find a balance between friendship and a relationship. To keep herself occupied, Vanessa offers to help Ah Biao with his Tanglin Heritage Project. Chris is tasked with revamping the alfresco area of the coffee house and he is determined to do a good job. Arjun and Diana do their best to boost his confidence.

The wait is finally over and Norleena is ready to give birth. She is insistent on a completely natural birth but complications arise and her birth plans may not go as she wanted. The tension between Vanessa and Ben continues to grow. Ben is frustrated with being the target of Vanessa's emotional outbursts and it does not help that Li Yan is always on her side. At the same time, the bickering affects Vanessa physically. She runs a fever and is rushed to the hospital. Realising that Vanessa has an infection that threatens the lives of both mother and child, the doctors do all they can to save her.

After the ordeal of the day before, the Rahmans and the Tongs are thrilled with the latest additions to the family. Sulaiman is the ecstatic first time father who is determined to capture every precious moment with this son. In contrast, Ben feels nothing for little Grace. Joy quickly turns into despair when Norleena finds little spots on her baby. Unable to keep the secret of the genetic disorder to herself, Norleena breaks down and tells Salmah about NF1. Salmah is against keeping the secret from Sulaiman, but Norleena forbids her from telling him.

After a difficult and life threatening labour, Vanessa is weaker and more vulnerable than before. Li Yan is determined that Vanessa and baby Grace stay with the Tongs, but Ben is still hesitant. He is willing to help as a friend, but he is not willing to assume the responsibilities of a father. The threat of NF1 weighs heavily on Salmah's mind. She has a million questions about the genetic disorder, but the only way she can get answers is if she swallows her pride and asks Atiqah and Hassan for help. Meanwhile, Mrs Pereira offers to help Ah Biao with the Tanglin Heritage Project

The day that everyone has been looking forward to - the newborns are finally home from the hospital. Having spent months in preparation for this big day, Sulaiman anticipates that things will go smoothly at home. The new parents are in for a big shock. While working on the Tanglin Heritage Project with Mrs Pereira, Ah Biao is overwhelmed by nostalgia as they recount the good old days of living in Tanglin

Vanessa suggests to Ben that they should go for the paternity test today to settle matters once and for all. She gets upset when Ben gives her the impression that he is hoping he is not the father. Eddie starts to finally get used to BMT life, as Michael encourages him to remain positive. Over at the Rahmans, Norleena and Sulaiman have to contend with Salmah's relatively old-fashioned style of parenting. Chris, worried about the difficulty of finding a full-time job, reaches out to Hassan for advice. Salmah bumps into Hassan at TCH, and when he asks after his newborn grandson, Salmah is uncomfortable.

Salmah is worried when Hassan asks her to meet up, thinking that he might ask to see Rayyan, but Hassan is meeting her for some other reasons. It is Suzanne's last day at King of Sauces, and she continues to feel guilty about how things turned out with Felicia. While in camp, Michael inadvertently gets his whole bunk involved in doing extra work, deepening the rift within the section. Sulaiman, meantime, discovers that his mother's grave has been exhumed, and that in order to find out where her remains are, he will have to get in touch with Hassan

Sulaiman has a big confrontation with Hassan, and Salmah is deathly afraid Sulaiman will find out that Hassan and her had a discussion about NF1 amongst other things. Shruti freaks out when she commits a tremendous faux pas on Shawn's social media page. Meanwhile, Suzanne agrees on help Wafiq and Adam with their gym's marketing and publicity, which conditions attached. The rift between Michael and Eddie deepens in their BMT training when Eddie thinks that Michael is going over the top with the NS training.

EP 239 One of the recruits Brandon suffers an injury on a route march because of Michael's over-enthusiasm. When Michael blacks out in the bunk later, he forces Eddie to keep it secret. Through Salmah, Hassan goes to see his grandson behind Sulaiman's back. Shruti, meantime, has her first date with Shawn, but her happiness is short-lived when she gets her university application results letter.

Bhaskar tries to encourage Shruti to write in to appeal with regards to her university application rejection but his words fall on deaf ears. However, when Shawn suggests that she puts in an appeal, Shruti is determined to do just that. Li Yan is happy and encouraged to see Ben starting to embrace fatherhood and paying more attention to Grace, but Diana warns her that things might be different if the paternity test shows that he is not the father. Jay is trying to mend bridges with Kwong San, but Kwong San ignores him, much to his frustration

EP 241 Sheila manages to convince Kwong San to spend some quality time with Jay. Kwong San agrees to go for a fishing session with Jay but the night turns sour when father and son start to argue again. Shruti accepts Shawn's invitation to a party but is upset when Shawn did not introduce her as his girlfriend to his friends. She starts drinking and makes a fool of herself in front of Shawn. Bhaskar, being the traditional protective father, still cannot understand Meera's nonchalant attitude towards Shruti dating Shawn.

After his fight with Kwong San, Jay does not come home which worries the entire Lim family including Sheila. However, news comes to them from Diana that he has been in TCH which gives them relief and they try to get him back home. Meanwhile, Vanessa is worried about Grace not gaining any weight since birth and frantically worries about it. Even Ben's reassurance does not help and she is adamant to use a breast pump to express her milk for Grace even though it will exhaust her. Meera reprimands Shruti with a warning after she wakes up with a hangover from her drunken night before. Although Bhaskar is not aware of this, he is still concerned that his daughter is spending all her time with her new boyfriend and not focusing on important things like her university education.

Vanessa has the feeling that Ben and her are turning into a real family, but things change quickly when Gina comes by to spend time with Ben. To make things worse, Vanessa's ex-boyfriend comes over to inquire about Grace and the possibility of Grace being his daughter, which begins to sow doubts in Ben's already troubled mind. Having lost faith in Salmah's traditional baby care methods, Norleena is less strict about things and even gets Sulaiman to buy her extra spicy mee siam. When Salmah finds out, she is furious but Norleena is nonchalant which irritates Salmah further. The relationship between them worsens when Norleena tells Salmah to mind her own business and that she is Rayyan's mother and she knows best about raising him. Meanwhile, Adam and Wafiq clash on what is best for the gym, even pulling Jay into their argument. However, Adam is forced to acknowledge that opening an exclusive MMA gym might not be the best for his business.

A meltdown following a spilt milk incident leaves Vanessa fearful of her emotional state which might lead her to hurt her baby without knowing it. Norleena blames herself after realising that her eating of spicy food might have caused her baby to have diarrhoea. Chris is excited to be Suzanne's model in her promo gym video, only to realise that he is not as buff as he thought himself to be after the video shoot.

Ben and Vanessa receive the DNA results, confirming Ben is Grace's father. Vanessa gives Ben an ultimatum – give up Gina or she will move out with Grace. Li Yan is devastated after failing to dissuade Vanessa from going ahead with the ultimatum, and Salmah highlights to Li Yan about her pining for her late daughter on Grace – wanting Grace to stay for her own sake rather than Ben's. Adam offers Chris a job at his gym. Chris is proud and happy and tells Li Yan the news. However, Li Yan has other pressing issues in mind and she appears to brush him off, leaving him disappointed. Meanwhile, Ah Biao, Zul and Mrs Pereira take a walk down memory lane around the Tanglin Halt neighbourhood

EP 246 Ben is conflicted, and struggles with being a father to Grace while being apart from Gina. Shruti similarly deals with being apart from Shawn, and devises ways to get him to communicate with her. Chris is eager to shoulder more responsibility and share in the family's workload. Everyone's impressed by his work when he reveals the revamped alfresco area at TCH. Xue Ling's plans to start her own skin care business gather pace and she fears it may make Kwong San feel redundant, but Kwong San has bigger worries on his mind. Meanwhile, Mrs Pereira experiences a shooting back pain during a visit to the Tanglin Heritage Trail with Ah Biao, and he rushes her to see Dr Bhaskar.

Xue Ling takes up Jay's offer to do the catering for her makeup party but when she changes the venue to TCH, tensions mount when Jay bumps into Diana there. Norleena gears up for her first day alone with Rayyan as both Salmah and Sulaiman are headed back to work. She is relieved when Diana surprises her at home to lend a helping hand. Shruti cannot take her mind off Shawn and Pam worries she might do something desperate. The time has come for Grace's registered parents' names to be indicated on her birth certificate, and Vanessa continues to harbour hopes that she and Ben can still reunite and be a family.

Ben is still smarting from being left out of Grace's birth certificate and Sulaiman is urging him to get his name back in for Grace's own good. Vanessa, on the other hand, is furious when she thinks that Gina and Ben are engaging a lawyer to fight for the custody of Grace. She is determined to hang on to her daughter no matter what. Over at the Lims, Sheila is not happy to see Jay bonding with Kwong San as this will derail her plans to get Jay back to the US with her. She starts to attempt to poison Xue Ling's mind about Diana.
