Episode 1

EAGLE scolds CHUNG KWOK-WAI, CHE MING-CHUN, WAN TIN-KONG and YAU SAI-WU for failing to repair his sports car. He arrives with his subordinates to fight against them but HAU TAK-SI arrives to stop them on time. TAK-SI is a mediator and he successfully mediates between them with excellent mediating skills as well as telling them his famous father's name. AUYEUNG KAI sends his father AUYEUNG BIN an expensive watch during the banquet but his father prefers the electronic watch from TAK-SI. AUYEUNG BIN also scolds his son for burying his conscience by winning the workers' compensation case for the employer. MO SUI-YEE hopes to get pregnant. She reveals to her cousin LAM AH-LUI that her husband will return to Hong Kong in the evening and she hopes to work hard for pregnancy. AH-LUI persuades SUI-YEE to buy sexy underwear. SUI-YEE's younger sister SUI-KA discovers that TAK-SI is inspecting the car's engine on the street.… ...

Episode 3

The workers are enraged for TAK-SI has betrayed them. Uncle WAH is very angry as well. He feels that he was wrong to believe in TAK-SI and he keeps scolding KWAI-WING. AUYEUNG KAI tries to protect KWAI-WING and gain control by using legal regulations. Uncle WAH is enraged and he leaves with all the workers. In order to approach KWAI-WING, TAK-SI enters the VIP room by pretending to be a waiter. He persuades KWAI-WING to talk with the workers again but KWAI-WING reacts coldly. TAK-SI discovers that KWAI-WING keeps complaining about the "Pomelo peel with shrimp roe" in the restaurant. He immediately invites him to try the "Pomelo peel with shrimp roe" in the social club for this is their signature dish. KWAI-WING appreciates it very much. Uncle WAH is celebrating his silver wedding anniversary outside coincidentally. He keeps telling others that he has saved KWAI-WING's life and KWAI-WING is upset.… ...

Episode 4

AH-LUI has been monitoring EAGLE for a period of time. She discovers that AUYEUNG BIN has entered EAGLE's tea shop and she suspects that they are having a negotiation. After checking out the CCTV, AUYEUNG BIN discovers that EAGLE's subordinate KAU KWAN has entered the social club before. He suspects that KAU KWAN was trying to frame him up with the drugs and he asks EAGLE to find KAU KWAN for him. EAGLE doesn't treat him seriously and his subordinates surround him. During the time, AUYEUNG KAI suddenly appears and he tries to stop them from fighting with legal regulations. EAGLE tries to provoke AUYEUNG BIN and AUYEUNG BIN cannot bear to start the fight first. During the chaos, AUYEUNG KAI is injured while trying to protect his father. AH-LUI and the others arrive on time to take control of the place. TAK-SI goes to visit SO FA-YEE. SUI-YEE misconceives that he is a sexual maniac and she spills water over him as a punishment.… ...

Episode 5

In order to arrive at the garage on time for work, SUI-KA skips her breakfast. After learning that SUI-KA insists to go to the garage, SUI-YEE locks her up in her room. AH-LUI becomes the witness in the court to prove that Mrs LAI has been pushed down the staircases. However, AUYEUNG KAI turns her down with his eloquence. AH-LUI is upset with his lame arguments. After leaving the court, she reminds SUI-YEE that she should not work for somebody who buried his conscience. SUI-KA is trapped in her room. She looks at the air-conditioner and she tries to dismantle it so that she could climb down from the hole. TAK-SI tries to get close to Mrs LAI's son with excuse. He learns that Mrs WAT's son loves to play badminton and they are the doubles champion. SUI-KA begs SAI-WU to hire her at the garage. SAI-WU worries that SUI-YEE will make trouble there but he finally allows her to work there since she is very sincere.

Episode 6

TAK-SI is not allowed to be a mediator and he leaves the press conference. BETTY invites TAK-SI and the others from Wai Chun Kong Wu to have BBQ at her garden. SUI-YEE is dissatisfied but she can't do anything. TIN-KONG appreciates TAK-SI for helping SUI-YEE to tackle the property ownership issue successfully. SUI-YEE discovers that SUI-KA really enjoys working at the garage. She therefore carries a pile of contract documents with SUI-KA to Wai Chun Kong Wu for a negotiation. SUI-YEE asks AUYEUNG KAI if it is possible for her to study law. AUYEUNG KAI suggests her to study mediation instead. After practicing Tai-chi with Uncle VIGOR, TAK-SI suddenly discovers his first love LILY. TAK-SI tries to ask BETTY for the whereabouts of LILY. He also asks "Wai Chun Kong Wu" to bring him to the venue. He finally meets LILY and he reveals that he misses her very much. LILY is touched and she reveals the reason for her disappearance in the past...

TAK-SI is working busily at the social club. KWAI-WING suddenly arrives to try the shrimp roe noodles. On the other hand, AUYEUNG KAI is making preparations at KWAI-WING's office for shooting a promotional video about mediation. He learns that the person in charge of the video, CHI-PAK, is KWAI-WING's daughter. The video shooting is very smooth. However, KWAI-WING's sons MING-KEI and MING-FUNG arrive to stop them for they worry about their father's health condition. KWAI-WING scolds them. SUI-YEE arrives at the mediation centre to take class and she discovers that TAK-SI is the instructor. TIN-KONG learns that someone is selling a sauna. Uncle VIGOR collaborates with his four friends to make use of TAK-SI. When SUI-KA returns from the garage, her hands are stained with oils. BETTY cleans her hands and helps her to do makeup. SUI-YEE returns to discover that BETTY is taking a video of SUI-KA.

"Wai Chun Kong Wu" are figuring out the name and selling points of the sauna. They discover a video of SUI-YEE fighting with BETTY on the Internet and they tell TAK-SI. SUI-YEE is standing at the rooftop and TAK-SI arrives to talk to her. BETTY's face is injured and she arrives to apologize to SUI-YEE. AH-LUI blames SUI-KA for not understanding her sister's pain from the broken relationship. In order to understand the pain of love, SUI-KA decides to carry out an investigation on love. EAGLE arrives with his subordinates to make a mess. During the chaos, TAK-SI suddenly arrives to mediate. SUI-KA arrives coincidentally and she watches TAK-SI while he is giving a lesson to everybody righteously. She discovers from her heart rate monitor that her heart is beating fast. She believes that this is the heartbeat of love. KWAI-WING enters the hospital because of brain tumor. He asks his secretary to inform TAK-SI to come.… ...

MING-FUNG is dissatisfied that his elder brother has replaced the candidate. TAK-SI suggests to hire two mediators and CHI-PAK supports the idea. MING-FUNG's wife receives nuisance calls and she reports it to the police. When the police is asking her for the details, MING-FUNG suddenly arrives to stop it and he takes his wife away. The mediation of the WU's family continues. AUYEUNG KAI suggests them to take turns to be the president for one year and the two of them agree. However, TAK-SI opposes the suggestion. During the break, MING-KEI suddenly receives a video of MING-FUNG. He is enraged and he leaves the mediation meeting. AUYEUNG KAI suspects that the nuisance calls to Mrs WU was done by TAK-SI and he asks AH-LUI to help investigating the issue. AUYEUNG KAI invites CHI-PAK to dine together with excuse. He tries to check out the video on CHI-PAK's mobile phone secretly and he discovers MING-FUNG's secret.… ...

AUYEUNG KAI is discovered by TAK-SI. He therefore asks SUI-YEE to be his spy for investigating TAK-SI. SUI-YEE discovers that TAK-SI is meeting up with Mrs WU. She wants to take pictures of them but her mobile phone is suddenly out of order. AUYEUNG KAI is not able to reach SUI-YEE and he rushes to the place. He questions TAK-SI for his intentions. Hinted by TAK-SI, AUYEUNG KAI finally knows the secret of Mrs WU. SUI-KA suddenly invites TAK-SI for dinner by giving him a note. She has actually collaborated with "Wai Chun Kong Wu" and Uncle VIGOR to play tricks. The mediation meeting starts again. AUYEUNG KAI tries to encourage MING-KEI and his brother to unmask Mrs WU for betraying the company but they fail to provide any evidences. With the help of SUI-YEE, all the three parties have got evidences on hand. They finally agree that CHI-PAK will be the president. KWAI-WING recovers and he organizes a celebration party at home.… ...

KWAI-WING visits his deceased wife's grave. AUYEUNG KAI suddenly appears to reveal that CHI-PAK is not his daughter with evidence. KWAI-WING knows the truth and he asks AUYEUNG KAI to keep the secret by offering him a hundred million dollars and appointing him as the legal consultant of Ti Ko Group. CHI-PAK and AUYEUNG KAI visit the elderly centre together. YAN-KIU is staying at this elderly centre coincidentally. She suddenly collapses and she is sent to the hospital. Her condition is very bad and AH-LUI stays at the Intensive Care Unit overnight to accompany her mother. When YAN-KIU wakes up, she is not able to see anything and AH-LUI scolds the doctor BOOK CHI-TO for his professional misconduct. SUI-YEE fails to get her money from the law firm. AUYEUNG KAI says that she needs to pay all the tuition fees if she fails the mediation examination.… ...

AH-LUI organizes a press conference to fight for justice and reveal the truth to the media on behalf of her mother. She wants AUYEUNG KAI to be her lawyer but AUYEUNG KAI has agreed to represent CHI-TO. SUI-YEE is caught in an accident while taking a taxi. Since SUI-YEE has become a mediator successfully, she tries to solve the conflicts with her skills. AH-LUI and CHI-TO meet up for a negotiation but they end up in discord. AH-LUI tries to calculate her assets with her bankbook in the evening. SUI-YEE suggests selling the village house so that she could have more cash. TIN-KONG invites SUI-YEE to meet up for he is willing to offer a loan to her. However, TAK-SI suddenly arrives to take TIN-KONG away. TAK-SI questions TIN-KONG and he learns that TIN-KONG is offering usury for his father's enemy COBRA. TAK-SI hopes that AUYEUNG KAI could persuade CHI-TO to attend a mediation meeting.… ...

AUYEUNG KAI brings YAN-KIU to visit a well-equipped elderly centre. He reveals that CHI-TO is willing to pay for all the expenses if AH-LUI agrees to settle the case outside the court. Inspired by BETTY, AH-LUI refuses to compromise. AH-LUI and SUI-YEE ask BETTY to sell the property but BETTY refuses to do so. BETTY suddenly receives a call from the elderly centre telling her that a man has picked up YAN-KIU from the centre. Both of them are frightened. AUYEUNG KAI invites CHI-TO to a sharing session at the church. TAK-SI brings YAN-KIU and the others to listen to CHI-TO's true feelings outside the room. SUI-YEE tries to find clients at the law firm and AUYEUNG KAI discovers it. SUI-YEE organizes a thank you dinner for her teacher at the social club. During the dinner, TIN-KONG mentions again that TAK-SI has ruined his plan to open a sauna or he will be very rich now.… ...

SUI-YEE fails to convince everybody and she leaves angrily. TAK-SI asks her to calm down and think twice at home. When TIN-KONG and MING-CHUN are moving the goods to the lorry, COBRA and EAGLE suddenly arrive to make a mess. Uncle VIGOR tries to negotiate with COBRA alone and he is beaten up by EAGLE's subordinates. AH-LUI joins a speed dating party and she meets AUYEUNG KAI and CHI-PAK at the restaurant. Somebody suddenly collapses outside the restaurant. AH-LUI rushes to the site to perform first aid for the victim and she discovers that the victim is Uncle VIGOR. Somebody sends AH-LUI a bouquet of roses and AH-LUI discovers a diamond ring inside. AH-LUI goes out during lunchtime and she discovers AUYEUNG KAI waiting outside. TAK-SI brings SUI-YEE to watch SUI-KA when she is learning to ride a motorbike. He arranges a mediation meeting for them as well.… ...

WING-KIN surrenders himself at the police station. AUYEUNG KAI tries his best to speak for him. He learns that the crime site is located in COBRA's territory and he hopes that COBRA could offer him the CCTV video in the past but COBRA refuses to do so. TAK-SI scolds AUYEUNG KAI for helping the bad guy but AUYEUNG KAI reveals that the case is suspicious and he wants to find the real offender. AH-LUI wonders why AUYEUNG KAI is so devoted to WING-KIN's case and AUYEUNG KAI tells her the reason. The police brings WING-KIN to the beach and asks him to show them how he thrown away the weapon. They then arrange frogmen to search for the evidence in the ocean. TAK-SI's people and EAGLE's people are having conflict at the fruit market. They fight with each other and many of them are injured. SUI-YEE bails TAK-SI out. When they leave, TAK-SI cannot help to hug her from the back. AUYEUNG KAI persuades COBRA to give him the CCTV video again.… ...

Uncle VIGOR arrives at the law firm to quarrel with AUYEUNG KAI. He insists that WING-KIN is the one who killed Master HAU. AUYEUNG KAI is overjoyed to learn that the court has accepted his CCTV video as evidence and he invites AH-LUI to have lunch for celebration. However, AH-LUI worries that the case will ruin AUYEUNG KAI's relationship with his father. The judge announces that WING-KIN is innocent. When WING-KIN leaves the court, he shows his true face. Uncle VIGOR is very angry that his son has helped the bad guy to escape from the prison and he slaps AUYEUNG KAI on his face. SUI-YEE asks TAK-SI to handle the conflicts of a car accident. She can't believe that TAK-SI has asked the two drivers to fight with each other. The four guys plan to kill WING-KIN for TAK-SI. When they are about to go, SUI-YEE suggests to join them. AH-LUI believes that WING-KIN did not kill Master HAU.… ...

Before SUI-YEE returns home, she discovers somebody familiar. SIU-LUNG has returned and he wants SUI-YEE to forgive him. TAK-SI discovers that the social club is seriously damaged when he returns and he decides to close the club temporarily. AH-LUI approaches Tall Guy CHUNG with her police identity. She threatens him to reveal the story behind Master HAU's death. SIU-LUNG is caught in a car accident and SUI-YEE witnesses it coincidentally. She is shocked to discover that SIU-LUNG is having a prosthetic leg. SIU-LUNG reveals that he wants to reconcile with SUI-YEE. Wai Chun Kong Wu plan to attack WING-KIN and TAK-SI decides to join them. SUI-YEE learns about it and she tries to persuade TAK-SI. WING-KIN discovers them and they run away together. In order to protect SUI-YEE, TAK-SI tries to draw WING-KIN's subordinate away. When SUI-YEE discovers TAK-SI, he is seriously injured already.… ...

TAK-SI recalls his past conversations with Uncle VIGOR in his dream and he suspects that Uncle VIGOR is related to his father's death. SIU-LUNG asks TAK-SI to be his mediator. During the mediation meeting, SIU-LUNG suggests to live with SUI-YEE again. SUI-YEE is not replying and she asks TAK-SI to make a decision for her. AUYEUNG KAI plays trick so that Uncle VIGOR will reveal the truth. TAK-SI suddenly arrives to question Uncle VIGOR. Uncle VIGOR's blood pressure suddenly rises and he collapses. TAK-SI searches through Uncle VIGOR's room and he discovers an old watch with bloodstain. SIU-LUNG invites SUI-YEE and her sister to visit the organic farm together. He tries to persuade SUI-YEE to return to him again. TAK-SI confirms that the bloodstain on the watch belongs to Master HAU and he questions Uncle VIGOR at the hospital. Uncle VIGOR finally reveals the truth to him.… ...

AUYEUNG KAI and SUI-YEE rush to Uncle VIGOR's hiding place on time. SUI-YEE snatches TAK-SI's knife and she points it towards all the uncles. The police arrive and they arrest Uncle VIGOR for suspicion of murder. TAK-SI becomes the witness at the court and he questions Uncle VIGOR. Uncle VIGOR becomes very emotional suddenly and he shouts that he has killed Master HAU. The jury announces that Uncle VIGOR is convicted of manslaughter. AUYEUNG KAI is relieved to learn that the sentence is not heavy. When AH-LUI and AUYEUNG KAI are shopping for YAN-KIU's jewelries, she discovers that her parents are together. AH-LUI scolds her father angrily and YAN-KIU blames her. AUYEUNG KAI hopes that TAK-SI could visit Uncle VIGOR at the prison but TAK-SI doesn't want to see him again. SUI-YEE is worried about TAK-SI and she brings him to the mediation centre. She asks TAK-SI to mediate for himself in front of the mirror.… ...
