Ayaka is an aspiring actress who is adopted by Kurenai Midori because of her potential talent for acting, but its pretty obvious from the very beginning that she isnt nearly as talented or as gifted as her adopted mother had hoped for. Instead, she appears to be rather clumsy and untalented since cant even get her role as a weeping willow right, and she even has to endure an embarassing lecture from her mom in front of the entire class.
