After an eventful first year together, Brianna and Bill plan a big blowout in honor of Bri's 22nd birthday. They soon come to find that some of their culture clash issues from their first year are still alive and well. Brian and Gentille reconnect for the first time since their wedding day break-up. Business powerhouse Nonie confronts her skater boyfriend, Reese, about his refusal to meet her friends. Desiry questions the real reason why Rodney has kept their 2-year relationship a secret.

Rich Man, Poor Plan

After Bri's mom causes a big blowout with Bill's ex-wife, Bri is left scrambling to mend the rift between the two families. Young and in love, 23-year-old Erica prepares for a showdown between her dad and her much older boyfriend, Rick. Reese faces his family's fury regarding the future of his relationship with Nonie. Multi-millionaire Kevin wants his unemployed girlfriend Kattie to split the dinner bill with him.

Daddy Issues

Far from the beaches of Miami, Rick arrives in Springfield, Il, to pitch Erica's father on his relationship with Erica. Kattie is hard up for rent and approaches Kevin for a loan, but he won't be anyone's bank. Donovan must manage Dani's desire for a ring while coming to terms with his feelings about marriage. Newly single, Gentille's "ladies' night" turns wild with shots and a new hot prospect.

I Can't Get No Satisfaction

Still wanting to merge their worlds together, Bill organizes a dinner for Bri's mom, Sharon, and his ex-wife Kathleen to resolve tensions, but soon he becomes the target. After getting an ultimatum from Desiry, Rodney comes clean to his mom about their relationship. Strapped for cash, Reese considers a new way to make a quick buck that has Nonie rethinking their future. Gentille buys her dream house. Dani and Don's personal and professional life balance finally comes to a head.

An Indecent Proposal

After a rocky dinner with Reese's family, Nonie makes a big decision about their relationship. Things don't go according to plan when Kattie sets up a double date with Kevin and her best friend Natalie. Rick tells his friends about his plans to propose to Erica. Bill's biggest fear comes true when Sharon moves in with him and Bri.

Rough Waters Ahead

Bill tries to adjust to Bri's mother Sharon moving into the house, but things quickly go south, leaving Bri torn between Bill and her family. Desiry's world is turned upside down after Rodney reveals a devastating secret that he's been keeping from her. Erica tells her family about her engagement to Rick, but their response causes serious waves. After a tense argument with Dani, Donovan warms to the idea of proposing. Kevin drops a bomb on Kattie.

Love On the Rocks

After telling Desiry about his infidelity, Rodney has to pull off an all or nothing plan in hopes of winning Desiry’s hand. Rick travels to Illinois to beg forgiveness after proposing to Erica and neglecting to ask her father first. Long distance is pulling Kevin and Kattie apart, but Kattie has an idea that may close the gap between them and keep their love alive. Things are feeling crowded in Bill’s mansion with Bri’s mother roaming the halls. Bri needs to find a way to keep both sides of her life happy before everything implodes.

Put a Ring (Back) On It

Rodney’s proposal could go either way since Desiry might not forgive him for his past betrayal. Bri realizes their 12,000 square foot mansion isn’t enough to separate the tension between her mom and Bill. Reese has to choose between his mother’s wishes and his one true love. Rick returns from Springfield, hoping Erica will put her engagement ring back on. Donovan and Dani visit Dani’s father, which could either bring them closer to the altar or farther away from each other.

At their engagement party, Rodney faces the heat head on when Desiry's friend confronts him about his infidelity.

Nonie and Reese settle into their extravagant California getaway, while Reese enjoys the surroundings, Nonie has much bigger plans in her back pocket. Bri approaches Bill about their parenting plans, her desires for their future, and a very personal trip to the doctor. With his relationship struggling, Kevin looks for some sound advice from his mom. Rick and Erica’s wedding day is finally upon them but will everyone be onboard?

Reese makes a new plan after Nonie’s surprise proposal; Rodney is unsure about his next move; Dani makes a big decision; Kathleen questions Bri’s motives; Bill shares his fertility news.

Rodney, It's Your Mama

After kicking Kevin to the curb, Kattie has her eyes set on a new kind of love. Erica decides to stay in Springfield to reconnect with family while Rick parties back in Miami. After another encounter with Bill’s ex-wife Kathleen, Bri let’s Bill know that she’s been pushed to the edge. Nonie tries to reconnect with old friends in hopes of starting over. With their engagement on the rocks, Rodney and Desiry arrive at couple’s counseling in hopes of revealing all of Rodney’s secrets.

Island Time

While trying to clear the air with his mother, Desiry discovers Rodney has another secret. Rick and Erica finally speak for the first time since she called off the wedding. Nonie suggests long term career goals for Reese, but he's not so sure about the idea. Don flies Dani to paradise with romantic plans for their time in the sun, but Dani's concerns about the prenup could derail his big surprise.
