The Patricks are left reeling following the court case, with shock soon turning to anger and Kate ending up on the receiving end. Tony adjusts to life being single, but still wants to know who set him up. Romance fades for Mr. and Mrs. Benson and blossoms for Lucy and Rob, but there's just one man standing in their way - Kurt.

Sol and Jambo have to pay for their behaviour the previous night; fortunately for Jambo, his punishment is a bit of gardening. Ruth leaves for the climbing trip, but Kurt won't be going with her.
